The digiframe doesn't work as a USB drive, you need to update it using the application. Not currently Mac compatible. I get an error message when I start the software after successful installation - "No Photo Viewer is found. Program termined". To fix this you need to connect the frame and it will give you 2 options: USB charge or USB update. Select USB Update.
