Dann ist Tocky der richtige Wecker für Dich, denn er lässt Dir nur einmal weiterschlafen und macht sich danach einfach aus dem Staub! Tocky stammt von den Machern von Clocky, dem weglaufenden Wecker und funktioniert auch ähnlich. Er bietet aber einige zusätzliche Funktionen. Wie Clocky lässt Dich auch Tocky nur einmal snoozen und rollt danach weg, während er den Alarm abspielt. So hast Du keine andere Wahl als aufzustehen. Im Gegensatz zu Clocky braucht Tocky dafür aber keine Räder. Er hat stattdessen ein Gewicht im Inneren, das von einem Motor bewegt wird und den kugelförmigen Wecker zum Rollen bringt. Durch einige Erhebungen an der AuÃenseite wird die Bewegung abgelenkt, sodass er nicht gerade rollt sondern sehr dynamisch - er soll ja nicht zu leicht zu fangen sein! Tocky hat übrigens eine Hülle aus Silikon, die ihn Stürze aus bis zu 90cm aushalten lässt. Es macht also nichts, wenn er vom Nachttisch rollt! Weitere Funktionen von Tocky: Neben seiner Neigung, sich vom Bett zu entfernen, bietet Tocky noch weitere tolle Funktionen. Besonders schön ist, dass neben dem voreingestellten Weckton auch MP3s aufgespielt und Sprachnachrichten aufgenommen werden können. Sie ist eine Alternative zum üblichen QWERTZ-Layout und ermöglicht schnelleres und gesünderes Tippen. Infos zum DVORAK-Layout Das Tastatur-Layout wechseln? Keine leichte Vorstellung, schließlich hat man sich über Jahre daran gewöhnt. Vielleicht fällt der Wechsel leichter, wenn man sich vor Augen führt, dass die Anordnung der QWERTZ-Tastatur noch aus der Zeit der mechanischen Schreibmaschinen stammt und lediglich technische Gründe hatte. Die alten Schreibmaschinen haben wir schließlich auch längst über Bord geworfen, warum also nicht unsere Gewohnheiten? Der Wechsel zum DVORAK-Layout bietet außerdem viele Vorteile: Das Tastenlayout folgt nicht überkommenen technischen Gegebenheiten sondern ist an die Bedürfnisse des menschlichen Körpers und an die Sprache angepasst. Bei einer Dvorak Tastatur sind zum Beispiel die häufigsten Buchstaben im Zentrum angeordnet - bei unserer Version mit deutschem Layout also die häufigsten Buchstaben der deutschen Sprache. Dies und andere Aspekte , die bedacht wurden (siehe Wikipedia-Artikel), führen dazu, dass die Finger erheblich kürzere Strecken zurücklegen müssen. Das ist gesünder für Gelenke und Sehnen, ermöglicht schnelleres Tippen als mit dem herkömmlichen Layout und produziert weniger Fehler. Technische Details Unsere Dvorak Tastatur ist eine deutsche Version und hat 104 Tasten plus 21 Funktionstasten für Lautstärke, Ruhezustand usw.
