Pros: Good quality, light weight and petite
Cons: Wish monitor was higher resolution and took older AF lenses.
I purchased this to replace my Nikon D70. I wanted a decent DSLR becuase I discovered, after owning several point-and-shoot cameras, that the quality of the images in DSLRs was superior. I chose this camera becuase I wanted something small and light to travel with. Though I perfer to shoot using the viewfinder, I like the swing out monitor for low angle shots so I don't have to lay on the ground.
