I have long been a customer of Kays and have always found their service, overall, good. On this occasion I did have to send bacik garments that were damaged, but this only caused minor inconvenience.

I have been a kays customer for many years without any problems. I have always had excellent service, but since the new changes recently, I have to say I am not impressed. I am hoping that this is down to "teething" troubles and that normal service will soon be resumed!

I purchased my order on-line. I found the experience straight forward. I found it was cost effective to use the internet. The goods were in stock. The goods arrived within the specified time. I was very happy with my goods. The top fitted well and the two piece bath set complemented my bathroom. Overall I was delighted with the whole Kays shopping experience.

They have just updated their website and not all features are working correctly as yet hence no order tracking currently available. Received pole 2 days ago, curtains still to arrive.

my one problem with Kays lifestyle is although i was late with a payment but i did then pay the account in full yet my credit limit was dropped right back down, apart from this i have no problems with kays lifestyle at all.

i ordered a double divan and was told it would be delivered within 3 weeks. i received the bed 4 days later excellent service would reccomend this company and have since ordered new beds for my children.

very good overall, but since changing account numbers, a lot of misunderstandind, example, tried to cancel a tv, membership number not reconised, then i spoke to 6 or 7 people just to get through to the right department. this happend on 2 consecutive days. also a lot of useful things not available on-line.

all the times that I have used Kays lifestyle, my orders have always come through as promised on time and wit no problems. The times I have had to return anything they have been collected by a courier on the expected day and within the time slot allowed.

we never recieved our goods and when phoning the enquiry line it took a long time for them to answer and then i was cut off and had to phone back and this took the same long time as the first and then to be told they never knew what had happened to the goods and would have to reorder and would not be with us until the 8th of august when we first ordered it in june i think this is a bad way of doing things and if things do not change kays could loose a lot of customers
