get a refund, she said no but the p&p is only £2 and said i was pathetic! this isnt the point, and no way should i or anyone else be spoken to like that. i lost my temper then and hung up, but feel injusticed, all i want is a refund and they won't give me one, and iv been left out of pocket for something that isnt my fault! order a pair of ghd's beginning of september,was told they would be delivered 2-5 days. after 10 days i called, and after 15days the postal strike started so they told me 18days maximum, then it changed to 28 days, 40 days later, im still waiting fo my straitners, and each time i rang up, the 'helpers' have had attitudes i've never experienced before. they patronise and just aren't bothered at all! when i asked for a refund, she said call back in a few days again and when i asked would i get a

Beauty Sleuth accepting an order for next day delivery knowing the item was out of stock. Subsequent communication was very poor. Promises to return calls were broken on numerous occassions. In the end I gave up and purchased elsewhere. ITEM GHD HAIR STRAIGHTENER.

I purchased some GHD hair straighteners and although it says delivery within 1 to 2 days I wasn't convinced, but they arrived the very next day so I was very impressed. I would certainly purchase goods from this site again.

Beautysleuth is a great online store. I ordered GHD straighteners from them and they arrived the next day as promised. Also, when I called them up to replace them (as I'd ordered the wrong type - mini rather than professional), they were really helpful and arranged a switch straight away. Got the new pair 2 days later! So for a first impression, I don't think they could have done much better.

Beautysleuth offer a good range of products, including GHD straighteners and fudge. Their site is really nice looking and is pretty easy to use - although I'd like to see more product hints and gift bundles like on other ecommerce sites. All in all, a good site - and they offer free delivery.
