This is a Christmas present for my granddaughter. 8Ball.co.uk informed me that they had to get the T-shirt shipped from the US, so delivery would take some weeks. Despite this, they charged me only the standard UK delivery rate, and it still arrived well before Christmas!!! (I had previously tried a different seller, who said it couldn't be obtained until well into the new year, & would have charged me the full international shipping cost.) I'm absolutely delighted with 8Ball's service: they kept me informed re the progress of my order, the T-shirt is beautiful, and both the price & p&p charges were very good. Well done 8Ball.co.UK!!!

Easy to navigate, some helpful info (sizing on the page for each tshirt rather than having to search for it). Maybe too many to look through, could be drilled down more

The only problem I've ever had with 8-ball is that they have too much good stuff & I want to buy everything.

Range of t-shirts is excellent, as is the service. website is sometimes a little difficult to navigate due to vastness of range. It would be good if you could search by size - for example my partner is 3XL and there are only a few t-shirts in this size, but to find out you have to go into each shirt and check the available sizes.

8Ball were very helpful and called to discuss my order which I was hoping to get for a specific date. Unfortunately it had been dispatched from the supplier and took well over a week to get to me.

Was a bit disappointed with delivery timescale. Took several weeeks for goods to arrive.

I've purchased 3 tee's so far from 8Ball.co.uk, and all have been recieved in excellent condition and within 2-3 working days. I have yet to be proved unsatisified as i've enjoyed all products which i've purchased form this merchant.

Wished I was aware as to how long the order was going to take, as it will arrive after the time I was planning to use it.

Unacceptably long time to deliver a product: ordered the T-shirt on June 8, 2011; as of July 23, 2011 I still haven't received it!

I have used it two times. The first time the t-shirt did not arrive and the customer service attention was quite good. They sent it a second time and it arrived properly and on time. The second experience was quite good, two t-shirts arrived on time. I would like to be able to choose a little bit more expensive delivery method which has a tracking number I can follow up.

absolutely fantastic! super quick delivery and what i really liked is the way the tshirts were packed. seriously, could you give me lessons on how to fold tshirts like that?? minimum packaging used. if it was any other company they'd send it in a telly sized box! efficient, green and good quality - what more to ask for?
