Unfortunately I had to cancel the order as it was not due to be despatched for 3-4 weeks and I required the item prior to the expected despatch date. I cancelled on line and within a couple of hours had an email back from customer services informing me I had been refunded in full. V good.

Good range of T-Shirts, but the webpage does not show what is in stock or not, so when ordering you don't know if you will receive it in a few days, or a few weeks. That said, I like the shirts and would recommend this retailer.

Super fast delivery. Well packaged and arrived in good order. Was very pleased with T-shirt, however my daughter bought a similar type of garment at less than half the price here in Belfast - the quality of which was similar to that purchased at 8Ball. So although I was pleased with my purchase I would hesitate to pay that amount again if I can find a somewhat similar product for much less.

Your follow up survey arrived too quickly - before the goods were expected. Therefore had not had the need to track order or contact merchant.
Would have not answered question 2 on the basis the order was not received or question 6 for the same reason.

I received the t-shirt in good condition and was happy with the quality of the product. The product did take slightly longer than expected to arrive but that was probably due to australian customs. I also received an email to inform me that my item had been dispatched. I'm quite happy with my experience with 8ball

buoght 7 t shirts spent a lot of time looking for them was looking for one more which I saw at an earliger visit, but dident find it. reseved the 7 tees in 3 diferent parcels would not have minded waiting so that all could have arrived at one time

A bit disappointed in the order as when I ordered the Tee Shirt it didn't say that it was out of stock. Also, I did not receive a confirmation email from them to say that the order had gone through so did not know if it was successful or not!
