I quickly found the printer I was looking for on the site and ordering was quick and simple. Invoice was emailed promptly detailing the items ordered and the item arrived the following day. I'm well pleased with the service and would use this company again.

There has been a delay in delivery and I was not given an explanation or revised date until I e-mailed them. But the response was good.

The website is easy to navigate. The staff are extremely helpful and always try to oblige. I made an error and clicked 'pickup' and the staff rang me to query this and resolved it - exceptional service.

I received my order on time and in good condition. I have had no reason to contact Ballicom.

I ordered a camcorder on Friday Afternoon. I was advised if I ordered before 16:30 I would probably receive the equipment on the following Tuesday (Monday was a Bank Holiday). In fact Ballicom exceeded my expectations, as I received my camcorder on Saturday morning, about 17 hours after ordering. I would certainly recommend them.

Easy to order items, easy to track order. Slight delay on delivery due to limited stock on one item, but only delayed by 1 day. Good customer service when enquiring about delay.

Shopping experience with Ballicom was excellent - the sales staff were helpful. The delivery couriers were not helpful, did not deliver on time with the excuse that they could not find us despite having a telephone number. When they 'attempted' to redeliver they were not successful stating that we were not in and a card had been left - this was untrue! We made arrangements to stay at home for 3 days this was totally unacceptable.

Had to call to confirm dispatch, as the tracking information said order not yet processed, the day after I had paid for next day delivery. I then did receive the item the following day

Product ordered Thu 1am for next day delivery. Not despatched until next day so ahd to contact courier after first delivery attempt Monday to deliver Friday - the next day I was at home. Supplier card didn't indicate depot location or call centre hours. I don't get home until late so very inconvenient. Very disappointed next day disn't happen making the premium paid unnecessary.

I should not have to request a VAT Invoice, it should be forwarded automatically and be printable from my account orders tracking

As time was of the essence, this order placed for Next Day Delivery - but was not processed (reason given was "a power cut in office"). When the order was processed, the item was then reported to be out of stock - although item was reported as in stock at the time the order was placed.
