Bonprix always have good fashions and the prices are definitely lower than any other catalogue. I ordered at the weekend and it arrived on Thursday.

Has anyone else experienced bad service from Bonprix? I ordered goods weeks ago and they never turned up. They have debited my card and emailed me a confirmation and yet they can't find the order or any trace of me and haven't offered to help. I was told to write in and send copies of the email and bank statement and still no response from them and no goods!! I just want my money back. Don't use them!
