Ordering on the website is easy. I chose store delivery and I got text messages to alert me to the progress of my order and the store even called me after a few days to make sure I knew the item was there waiting for me as I hadnt been in yet. However as it was a smaller store I was having it delivered to they dont have daily deliveries therefore the date for delivery given on the website wasnt accurate.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordering was easy. The Britax baby seat was delivered much quicker than we expected and the box was in in pristine condition - (which was great as this was for a gift). Recommended.
