I have a doubt whether the payment was securized on internet. The packaging was half opened when I have received it because not enough resistant but no problem.

Whilst recognising that there may be non-serious internet shoppers I find it disappointing that for a replacement article I am expected to pay £3.00 for postage costs whereas my experience of other suppliers this contribution is not expected.

Very good. Just a note: montane large gloves come out on the small end of large. No problem for me. Montane should perhaps take note for their descriptions.

I bought some approach shoes because they were the cheapest at the Climbers Shop website. They arrived very quickly and are perfect. I've shopped here before and will again.

had all the items i required and they were dispatched immediatly. Although i live in Rep. of Ireland they arrived exceptionaly quickly, would definately use Climbers Shop again.

When they arrived, the shoes had already been worn. The soles were dirty with dirt embedded in the tread of the sole. Had I not have needed the shoes that weekend, I would have sent them back. When I complained, the shop denied that the shoes were second hand but offered me a £5 voucher off a future purchase over £20. Insult!!! Will not be using this supplier again!!

Would have been better if I could have ordered the product when it was out of stock, or at least been able to receive notification that the article was in stock, or an approximate date when stock was due in.

Great selecion of goods in stock. Excellent info and an easy to use website. Great price for this item which I have covetted for a while. I'm delighted. It's not the first time I've shopped with The Climber's Shop and will most certainly not be the last!

After speaking to one of the sales assistants for (excellent) advice regarding synthetic insulated jackets as I couldn't decide between 2 different brands, I ordered the jacket from their web site. The web site is easy to navigate round & very user friendly. I am most impressed with their delivery service (my jacket arrived well before I was expecting it!) Would definitely use the Climber's Shop again & recommend them to my friends!

Impressed with pre Christmas delivery time considering weather disruption, it must have been despatched as soon as the order was placed.

Fulfilling the actual order was great, very efficient and easy to do. But I ordered to product on Boxing Day 26 December. As of today, 5 January, I haven't yet received it. Probably "caught up in the holiday backlog" and outwith Climbers Shop control. But a bit disappointing it did not arrive before 1 January. For question 6 I would say "don't know" but this option is not given, which is annoying in itself as my answer is neither yes nor no.

Slight glitch in the ordering system caused me to accidentally order the same thing twice, an email was sufficient to sort this out. The item arrived v quickly but was too small. Phoned customer services re exchange, staff were v helpful. Ordered larger size which has now arrived, also v quickly, and still need to send back the small one. Thanks for great service.

Very impressed that the item was sent first class meaning a fast delivery even though it was over the Christmas Festive period.

Heavy snow (14 inches in West Oxfordshire)caused understandable delay in delivery of goods. I don't think the Climber's Shop can be held accountable for the weather and problems it causes! I did telephoen the shop to make sure the goods had been despatched and received helpful advice. No problems, will continue to use the shop.

A good, well constructed website with all the items I needed and a simple payment system. A very pleasant and easy shopping experience followed up by excellent communication from the vendor, with the goods arriving in A1 condition as per their delivery promise. Cannot fault Climbers Shop at all, and would happily use them again, in fact, will be in the New Year!

Fantastic service, its the only parcel I have received in the bad weather, on time excellent service. Fantastic customer service.
