The item had not arrived after two weeks and when I went to track the order, it said that they were on back order. I phoned them to ask how long delivery was going to be as they were supposed to be a birthday present. I was then told that the jeans had been discontinued, therefore, they would not be getting any more in, in the future. I was extremely annoyed because forst of all they should not be advertised on the website if they no longer exist, and secondly, the fact the did not even have the courtesy to send me an email to tell me they had been discontinued.

My initial experience was ok, insofar as there were no hitches placing my order. When my order was delivered, however, for two pairs of Levi 501 jeans, one pair was visibly a different style and measured size. When I emailed Cloggs, I was told the apparently mislabelled pair would be collected the next week on the Tuesday. They were not collected as promised, and after a further email to Cloggs I received no explanation. The parcel was in fact collected the next day. More than a week went by, the replacement jeans didn't arrive and I heard nothing. I emailed and phoned Cloggs and was told the style of jeans I wanted had been discontinued. My account was credited with a refund several days later.

i wanted this order delivered to a different address i followed all instructions on web site then 1 week later after a telephone call to cloggs i was told that delivery address was different from billing address i paid by visa and requested express delivery i cancelled the order and i will not be ordering from cloggs again i requested that all my details be taken from your records this as not been done

I paid extra for a quicker delivery, and was expecting to receive my order upto 2 days after dispatch. When tracking my order online, I was constantly told that the order had been dispatched or delivered and this was not the case. After a week I contacted Cloggs as I was becoming anxious, i was told that the parcel was in the mail depot and the telephonist was not very helpful or friendly. Since they were obviously delivering to the wrong address I finally had to pick up the parcel at the depot myself, much to my inconvenience and also a week later than I expected at extra expense to myself. I will not use this service again.

When I purchased my boots, it said "standard returns paid" cost £1. I paid the extra £1 but In reality the returns are not paid. It cost £18 to return the boots. Do not buy! Try 'Crowonline' instead.

Ordered Jeans, promised in 5 days, 10 days later an email arrives to tell me that my account was to be credited. No explination as to why the product was not supplied, cheapest in "town" definetly not the best.........

I placed an order via website, but mistakenly ordered too longer leg. I immediately rang their customer service which was PREMIUM RATE. I explained I needed a shorter leg & they said OK.(I emailed the alteration as well) The next day the wrong size arrived,(even though I had corrected it). They sent the correct size but all the button holes were sewn too small & wouldn't do up, I sent them backl as faulty but they would only refund the cost of Jeans & not the £3.38 recorded delivery charge. I'm out of pocket & not happy

Ordering on the website, it said my item was in stock and ready for dispatch. I ordered and my conformation email stated that I would be alerted to any changes, that my item was in stock. 1 week later I checked my order to see it was still being 'processed'. A fer days later I checked again: same status. I emailed asking for a reply regarding my order; what was the delay? A few days later I recieved a generic email stating my order was cancelled. No apology, no explanation. A poor standard of customer service, especially as I had requested a reply to my contact.

I was given a confirmation of the product that I ordered then a few days later I received an email telling me that it was successfully cancelled. I received no information as to why it was cancelled and I also had to email customer services twice before they told me that the product wasn't available. This was unacceptable and I won't be trying to purchase anything from this merchant again.

I'm not sure if I would purchase again from Cloggs as my order was placed on 8 April and I still haven't received my Jeans. I was emailed on 20th April to say they were out of stock but were due in again on 22 April. To date 3 May I still haven't received them and have heard nothing further. I would say the service/delivery time of my previous orders had been good which was why I way buying again.

Ordered product- paid premium delivery price for fast delivery. Product didn't arrive when expected. Waited several more days- product still didn't arrive. Online order tracking suggested it was on its way. Rang customer service (they seem to work Sunday hours Mon-Fri and not at all at weekend!)Finally got through, where I was informed that they were out of stock and they had no idea when product would be delivered-I should have been told this or what is the point of the online order tracking service. Product has still not been delivered 1 month on.

Disappointing service, and as they were the only online supplier I could find for Alpha Parka's, I didn't really have a choice but to shop there on this occassion.

I placed two orders with Cloggs within a week, the second order arrived with no problem but the second did not and I evenutally cancelled it because it was too late. I found customer services responses to my e-mails very poor, I was given details of the 'supposed' delivery to a totally different address and when I questioned it I was told she would need to speak to her supervisor and that was the last I heard until I made call myself, which was not easy as the times they are open for calls is very inconvenient for people that are at work all day. Would not use the site again.

have placed an order with cloggs at end of January and I have still not received the product, even though the money has been taken from my bank account. I was swent an email saying it wasnt in stock did i want to cancel or backhold the order. I chose to wait for more stock but did not expect them to take the money before dispatch. I am seeking further advice on this.

Waited 2 weeks, then received the wrong item, had to send these back at my own expense, then was told that the item i ordered was out of stock. Waiting for a refund.

WHEN I MADE THE ORDER THE CROC'S WHERE IN STOCK..ONLY TO BE TOLD VIA E-AMIL THEY WHERE NOT AND THEY HAD BEEN PUT ON BACKORDER..NO GOOD WHEN YOUR WAITING FOR THEM FOR HOLIDAY!!! My order was placed on Back order for 2 weeks. When I rang to see when it was due, 2 weeks later, i was told it wouldnt be coming at all as Dr Martens dont produce these boots any more. Why was I not told sooner? How come Cloggs.co.uk even have them on their website?! Rubbish service. Wont use them again.

I do not expect to have repeated delays of up to 6 weeks. I was under the impression from the website that the item I ordered was @ore stock' i.e it was in stock. It was not!

Product was backordered I wasn't informed had to check myself(shown as available at time of ordering). On enquiring I asked how long it would take to arrive and how I would go about cancelling if this was too long. I received 2 emails back to first answered my questions and was very helpful, the second informed me that my order had been cancelled. In short pretty dreadful

Ordered boots (christmas gift), was told everything was ok an then 6 days later I was told cloggs didn`t have the boots I ordered and that they were waiting for a delivery from drmartens the day after. 4 days later I received news again from cloggs that said drmartens didn`t make the boots I ordered anymore. This was 3 days before christmas and I had to rush out to find an other gift for my boyfriend. And the boots are still for sale on cloggs webpage.

Ordered product, received e-mailed stating that the order had been shipped, then a subsequent one saying that my money had been refunded, but NOT WHY. I had to telephone to find out what had happened, only to be told that a mistake had been made by admin and the product was out of stock. As a result I cancelled my order, rather than wait until the middle-end of January for a supposed Christmas present.

I ordered some Jeans, they said it would take about 5 days, 10 days passed and i called them up to find that they were out of stock and they wouldn't be getting any more in!! I was a little miffed that it took my call to find out what was going on. This is the first time i have shopped with them, and if there was another product that took my fancy i would still shop with them for a 2nd time but would hope i recieved better service.

Sizes shown on website were wrong hence an 8 was an American size (ie 41) and not a UK 8 (ie42)

I ordered boots for Christmas and was e-mailed on ordering that the order was being processed. I waited two weeks for my boots then went back to website to track my order only to find they were not in stock and I would not get them before the new year. I would have preferred to have been contacted and told the order would not be fulfilled immediately.

I ordered a pair of jeans which were stretch (not detailed on website). I returned for exchange by recorded delivery for a pair which aren't stretch over 2 weeks ago. The delivery seems to have been mislaid, Customer services gave a prompt reply, but cant locate the returned package, have merely told me that the Royal Mail Track & Trace Service can't give a signature. Understand that parcels do go astray, but feel that this has really marred my first experience of shopping at Cloggs. Plus... I was so pleased to find a website that I could buy a 'normal blue' pair of jeans at (searched high & low on the high street) and the cloggs website looked like it offered such a customer friendly service that I immediately ordered from Cloggs. My current pair of jeans have a hole in the knee and I still haven't got a replacement pair of jeans.

i used an online service, but they failed to tell me that should i not be home the item would be delivered to a post office 2 miles away, so i then had to make a special journey to collect it, the idea of shopping online is to save that trip to the shops, every other courier would either deliver to a neighbour or leave me a card to arrange delivery to my specified address, as i told them i might have well as gone up town & purchased the item, their leaflet says delivered to your door (not true). i now check with companys as to which courier they use, if as with cloggs they use parcelforce, i find another supplier, it's not worth the grief, period.

Order was cancelled by the supplier but no reason given - just received a message saying that the item had been successfully cancelled! Was a bit annoying as would rather have had a message apologising that it wasn't in stock and had regretfully been cancelled. Website was misleading cos showed one price for boots but was another when clicked on a particular size. Commented to customer service and reason was given (larger sizes cost more) which is fair enough but would be good to see prices against the sizes to avoid confusion. Would probably still give the site another go but am not impressed so far.

received my boots after 3working days which was excellent. however, the boots have a badge on the inside ankle of each boot. the badge on the right boot is a different size to that on the left boot and there are also perforation marks on the outer ankle of the right boot as if it had accidentally been stitched there and been taken back off which takes the look away from the boots completely.

The product was listed as 'Ready to Deliver' when I purchased it on 25 October 2004. I was e-mailed on 5 November saying the product was out of stock and on back-order. On 17 November the order has been dispatched but I am writing this and it hasn't arrived yet. I wanted the jeans to take on holiday on the 20 November. Just wish they'd been straight with their original information.

Too long between order and delivery Order made on 30 nov, advised of shipment on 19 dec, am now unsure if this will arrive for christmas, I expect an internet order to be despatched within a few working days.

i received a pair of size 6 shoes as requested really quickly. They did not fit so I had to pay £6 special delivery to return them on 6/11/04. I requested a larger size in return. I did not hear anything from Cloggs until 17/11/04 to let me know my order had been found but only after I had emailed them. It is now 20/11/04 and I am still waiting for my shoes.

I paid for fast delivery and was waiting for my Sisters birthday present, I had to search on the internet myself to check why the trainers had not arrived then it wasn't until 2 weeks later that I was told they were being discontinued.
