Amigo rug received had manufacturer fault - Cybercheckout very helpful in organising replacement but wrong house number collection/delivery address with courier. Courier left message on answerphone to rearrange collection but no reference given so still have to contact Cybercheckout again today. 2nd November 2007

Unfortunately the item received was the wrong size, the packaging was correctly sized but the item inside was the wrong size, so it was more likely manufacturer eror. Cybercheckout staff helpful in getting correct size redelivered, but I still have the incorrect size waiting for collection.

Main reason for using was being able to have goods left in Garage. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND I HAD TO STAY AT HOME TO RECEIVE GOODS.

The goods I oredered were NOT what arrived. I am a keen hill walker, and I wanted a rucksack larger than my 75L ones. I ordered a 90L. What arrived was much smaller than those I presently own. Utterly unacceptable. I need to return these goods and get my money back.

Purchasing was quick and easy as was the online payment the goods were received extremely quickly - a slight discrepancy in the colour but not a problem - contacted Cyber Checkout about it and got a very prompt reply. Customer Service very very good.

Cyber Checkout provided excellent customer service, keeping us informed of the delivery status at every stage. My only complaint is with DHL, who delivered (eventually) my order. After 3 attempted deliveries (despite the DHL van not being seen anywhere the original delivery address) I requested a change of delivery address. The order eventually arrived today (in good condition) 10 days after placing the order.
