our 1st heater came with a broken lamp and we are still waiting for that to be replaced. the 2nd heater arrived 4 days late which was too late for the party we needed them for so instead of having 2 heaters we had 1 light??!! I tried to track it but dhl gave me a courier number who didnt have it then dhl couldnt tell me where it was!! So over all very disappointed.

excellent service, felt they could have packed the 2 items together though, which would have meant less packaging and also would have saved me on postage charges, the duvet cover sets were £5.95 each and they charged me £10 postage which i felt was quite excessive, and they came seperately instead of together but were exactly the same.

I placed two orders the first of which arrived within two days, the second order didn't arrive causing me to email, apparantly the order didn't load on the system properly but after I emailed it was delivered within two days again. I found customer service very helpful and considerate.

The only complaint I would have is that the website doesn't give you an expected delivery date or lead time for the product - I looked everywhere but couldn't find the details I required - even progressing to the final payment page, but still no luck - eventually I phoned the call centre who said everything is 1-3 days. I placed my order but was a but was a bit nervous about doing so and nearly didn't bother as the website didn't provide me with any reassurances regarding the delivery date. That said from that point forward I was kept informed of progress of both items by email and both arrived on the Thursday having been ordered on the Tuesday.

I purchased a tent and two sleeping bags for approx. £57 (including shipping) My softball team were playing a tournament in Southampton and camping seemed a much more economical option than staying in a hotel. CyberCheckout's prices are excellent! Granted, the tent wasn't 'top of the line' but it certainly did the trick for the weekend and saved as a bundle as a hotel room was going to cost upwards of £200.

Tent ripped when putting up, did not find it to be of brilliant quality, it was reduced from £399 to £82.00 so was a good deal, but would not of been happy if had paid full price, tent is now in bin in Devon as had to find new accommodation after first night of use.
