Excellent service, Panasonic tv was ordered on Sunday at 12.30pm and delivered Thursday morning at 9.30am ,everything works great.

Ordered DVD recorder. 2 weeks later no delivery. I called them and apparantly item was damaged in warehouse. They had no further stock. Cancelled but still awaiting refund. This company in NOT to be trusted!

I ordered a TV, Home Cinema kit and TV stand. Paid extra for a 2 day delivery. The stand and the Home cinema kit showed up BUT NO TV.. i had to chase them for the best part of a day (Dont get me started on there awful telephone system where only 1 person must run all the departments!!) they finally chased it down to being lost at the depot and sent another one, this arrived 2 days later and the next day broke!!!!

I purchased a Panasonic unit before Christmas on line. They ran back the next day to say it was not in stock and did I want to cancel? I agreed to cancel and receive an email by return stating the order was cancelled. Late January to my surprise they delivered and they had taken money from my credit card 2 days after agreeing to cancel! By the end of Feb 2007 I am still trying to get a refund after many phone calls and hours on the phone. DONT buy anything from this Company they are Sharks

Ordered 2 JVC televisions 20" and 40" for Xmas on 7th December. Promised delivery for 15th December. Waited in every day until 19th December. Amtrak apparently kept putting it on for delivery, running out of time and taking it off. Cancelled order. Hopefully will get a refund when Digital Direct get it back. If Amtrak cannot get access, they will take goods back to depot for self collection. With a 40" television there was no way! Buy locally!!!

Ordered a Topfield box from their website on 24th April. I wanted it delivered to a different address, so had to pay by cheque, which was cashed on 2nd May. It is now 12th June and still no box. "You should get it by Friday" has been their mantra for the last few weeks - always a diffrent excuse, but latterly "supplier said we hadn't paid them so they withheld shipment". This is worrying. Cancelled order and awaiting refund. Hope I am not too late!

Stay well clear of this retailer, customer service is abysmal! I was delighted with the price of the product and the product itself when it arrived but when it went wrong the first time, I filled in an online form as requested but ended up chasing them for a repair. The TV I purschased has now become faulty again, reported the fault 2 weeks ago - still no reply, despite numerous further emails and attempted phone calls (you can never get through). Give them a wide berth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered T.V was told 7 - 14 days, received phone call after 6 days and was told their was a problem with the delivery company and that we would receive a phone call at the beginning of the following week to advise delivery. No call came we rang them on the Wednesday (12 days) and was told would be delivered next day. Waited in all next day (Thursday)got a phone call at 4:30p.m and was told that it would be delivered next Wednesday. Requested refund which took 2 weeks to receive.

Believe me! Once you've got the item there is no chance of any customer support if anything is or goes wrong. The TV I ordered arrived late and incomplete and the delivery man (yes the delivery man) told me they were out of stock. I sent the TV back and after endless phoning and emailing for 3 months I eventually got my deposit back. These guys are cheap but only if you don't mind not having the customer support if anything goes wrong! Be warned.

I ordered a JVC DR-MX10 VCR on their website, which first asked for my post code (this was an address in Buckinghamshire) and then calculated the postage (£9.99). However, after inputting all the form details including my email address, it then said it was a special delivery item. They new which product I wanted and they new the post code ? what sort of business is it that ups the price at the last minute of a transaction?

Jvc t.v ordered on 3rd March and was delivered to N.E scotland on the 8th pleased about that. The downside was I phoned to find out about delivery and the"gentleman" was abrupt to say the least I felt I had no business phoning. Would benefit from order tracking and that way you wouldn't get your nose bitten off if you have to phone customer services.

Ordered a LG LH-W551TB on line - was instantly backordered. Phoned a few times to chase, was continually told stock would be arriving soon. Even tually told after more than 2 weeks that that they couldnt get any as LG stop producing. They made no effort to contact me to tell me this - they just kept me waiting. I could have brought it elsewhere in the meantime. My advice-if they backorder your order, cancel it immediately and buy somewhere else.

Phoned to check stock for Yamaha Amp and told yes we have several and if ordered would arrive in 2 days. Placed order within a few minutes. When I didn't recieve a confirmation email I phoned and got told we dont have stock and they have trouble sending emails out, no other communication and no date for delivery so cancelled the order, very poor service.

Ordered camcorder 2nd Jan after confirming item in stock,later recieved call stating item NOT IN STOCK and delivery would be 2 weeks.CARD ACCOUNT DEBITED STRAIGHTAWAY.Item not received after 2weeks.No reply to emails. Contacted firm by phone told item was back in stock and would be delivered 2 days later,7 elapsed still not arrived, rang again,told they would ring back. 31Jan after no call,rang same mem of staff requesting order be cancelled and told refund would be made.Refunds! a likely tale.

Avoid this retailer at all costs. They may seem competitive, but you will almost certainly be able to find equally good value - and far better service - by looking elsewhere. Our DVD recorder stopped working after 6 weeks. It took 3 months to resolve! We had to pay to return the unit and the retailer refused to reimburse the cost. There was no apology, no compensation: most of our phone calls, emails & letters were ignored, and the staff there are unhelpful at best, rude at worst. Dreadful.

Just pray nothing goes wrong, if it does just chuck it in the bin and buy another or pay someone else to repair it. I buy everything online and these guys are the worst I have come across and I now dont buy anything online costing more than £100 becuse of Digital Direct.

JVC digital camcorder MG50 ordered at lunchtime Tuesday, delivered to Scotland by Thursday AM. Editing on PC that afternoon. Excellent price. Goods delivered as promised. Will use again.

In the past 4 months, I have bought a Toshiba DVD recorder and a fabulous Panno 32" LCD Tv from these people. Whilst they may not be the chattiest in the world, they do seem super-efficient. Both products were delivered, as promised, in 2 days. Both, too, were as cheap as I'd seen them on the web. So...great service, top value... hearty recommendation. Thanks!

I purchased a Toshiba 37wl56 for a very good price at this site, it was probably the cheapest around. The website is easy to use and gives you an email confirmation when your order has been placed, however they never rang me to give me a delivery date, they rang me 10 minutes before they were at my home, so I had to nip out of work. But still good that they used a reliable delivery service and delivered it within 2 working days. Overall I am happy.

I ordered a JVC DR-MH50 DVD recorder at 1830 on Tuesday December 27th (Xmas Holiday Tuesday). It arrived at 0900 Friday 30th, up and running by lunchtime. Excellent service.

Fairs do, ordered product(home cinema system) recieved within 2 days as promised. The bad thing is when i recieved product checked reciept it had a stamp on it saying something like" keep box or guarantee void" . I live in a small house with no garage or spare bedroom. Now it is a problem for me to store the original box for a year , even when it is flatpacked it is the size of a rug. wish i was told this b4 so i could have shopped around and asked about this situation.

I bought a Sharp 37" lcd television from Digital Direct on the 16th. of Nov it's now Dec the 20th.I've had 5 delivery dates come and go.I have now been assured it will be delivered Fri the 23rd.of Dec. I've phoned 9 times now to ask why I haven't received my purchase all enquiries are met with an apology then an assurance that the t.v will be delivered next week,the reason it hasn't been sent range from it was out of stock,the accessories are missing and the latest it is to heavy for the carrier

Ordered DVD recorder on Monday and received by Wednesday. Item arrived in good condition. Prior to ordering online, I phone to check item was in stock. This was a quick and easy transaction so I rate this an "excellent" company to deal with.

Purchased a Sharp Aquos TV by phone which had "ittermitent" sound fault which was replaced with same model again via a phone call, after testing they claim no fault with the original TV and have invoiced me for £240+. I was not offered a test of the TV by an engineer but a straight exchange by one of their operators, now they quote their terms and conditions to justify this charge, be aware if you purchase goods from this "site" and they prove to be faulty they will charge you for supplying!!!!

I ordered a JVC 32' LCD TV and JVC cinema system I was told delivery would be 3 days (this was 3.5 weeks ago). I have phoned up DD over 30 times trying to get a specific date when my package is going to be delivered. I still haven't seen it. The usual patter is "you will get it the middle of this week" then "The end of this week" then "the beginning of next week". They said to me on Friday that "you will definitely get it tomorrow". Two hours later it had changed to "Middle of next week".
