uncertain - info relating to delivery vague,no guarantees, eg within a given time eg 24/48 hrs etc - only info was that it would be delivered asap with general criteria, ie in stock etc. took about 4/5 days incl weekend. went mainly on price at time. arrived in a jiffy bag, some of corners of packaging were dog eared and crumpled, goods inside ok.

Better communications between customer and Fotosense. I had no idea whether my order had been accepted until three days later, when the goods turned up at my door. Sending out an automated email informing me that they have recieved my order and leaving it at that, just isn't good enough.

Ordered a digital camera in black on their website and they sent the same camera but in silver. Also ordered a memory card for the camera but they sent the wrong one (a cheaper version of lower specification). I decided to accept the silver camera but called them about the wrong memory card. They asked me to return the card for replacement and said they would also refund my postage for the return. The new (correct) card came through very quickly but they have made no attempt to refund my postage.

I find fotosense extremely helpful and very fairly priced. The staff were exceptionally helpful and proffessional. After using them on several occasions I cannot fault them at all in any aspect of their business operation. Delivery has always been faster than I expected, my goods have always arrived within two days.

Delivery of the purchase was within their specified period and which was received in perfect condition. Subsequent contact with Fotosense on a point not within their their duristriction guided me to a contact where satisfaction was acheived.
