i ordered on line with no problem but did not find out the item was out of stock until phoning to find out delivery date. The girl was not helpfull in any way just said she did not know when the item would be available so i said cancel the order , she just said okay and that was that.

there was a problem with my card details, they phoned me at work and it was sorted promptly. the lense arived the next day, it was much quicker than I expected, the whole purchase ecxeeded my expectations from start to finnish.

One item was out of stock,they rang to see if they should send the part order or wait for the full order. I said wait and send together and the order arrived complete a week later. Very considerate.

Easy to use, all information readily available for product and ordering was simple and straightforward.

I ordered an Olympus C60 digital camera, memory card and camera case on the 21st of December 2004, I phoned them on Tuesday the 22nd to confirm they had the camera in stock (their website does not confirm if items are in stock) and was advised the goods would be with me within 2 days (in time for Christmas). All items arrived on the 23rd as stated. I would use Photosense again in future, their prices are very competitive and service is excellent. Unlike some vendors on the internet, Photosense have a phone number you can contact them on if you have any questions, in my opinion another plus.

A printable receipt at the end of the order is also useful, followed by an email too (didnt get the option to print one) Expected delivery date may encourage more shoppers (since they know when to be home to receive it & by when they should order online.

It was fine. However - about the survey - it wouldn't let me submit with this field empty. The temptation is therefore not to bother sending in the survey at all. You might want to think about this.

The service from fotosense was perfect with easy use of the site and speedy dispatch so close to christmas, oh and the price as superb as well!!

The Web siteshowed the item I wanted as instock. When I checked the Web site the next day the item was shown as on backorder. When I rang to check the stock was unavailable but I was able to substitute. This suggests that the stock position is manually entered into the web site and that other otrders had depleated the stock before I placed my order. I would use the site again but I would phone to place my order.

I ordered a fuji a330 camera bundle in the late christmas rush, it was delevired in time for me to wrap it and the package was excellent, the fact that they have included very high power rechargables not just fobbing you off with any old batteries shows they not what they're doing.

Fotosense give me the best camera package for value,and was delivered on time.

Shopping at Fotosense was absolutely no problem whatsoever - the goods were as aordered - the only problem the whole purchase was let down by extremely poor delivery service from Initial Citylink who promised delivery of the goods on three consecutive days - instead the goods were just transfered to the next days van deliveries without any appology - unacceptable - but the camera is excellent

I was given inaccurate information regarding the date of posting of my order. My visa receipt shows that the order was posted after I telephoned to make an inquiry as to the prorgress of said order. I was told that the package had been processed the previous day. This was obviously not the case as proved by the visa receipt returned together with the order.

I was amazed at the speed and efficiency the goods were dispatched, I wish all internet sites were like yours. I don't like using the net as a shopping medium, but I might be persuaded to use yours again.

Ordered from fotosense on a price basis. Was satisfied with the service although the items took longer to arrive than other items i had ordered at the same time with the same delivery service.

I was surprised to receive no email confirmation of my order however (most) of it arrived promptly and the delayed part was not essential. The bundled offer was good value for money although I believe the XD card reader may be faulty (if it is I will buy one somewhere else - the return postage wouldn't be justified). I couldn't find a 'Contact Us' email link on the Website - is there one ? (I didn't want to phone during office hours)

I had to phone to discover C-770 was out of stock and was asked if I wanted to cancel order. Agreed to hang on because some delivery expected 4 days later. On phoning 4 days later was told it had been shipped and it arrived nextday. I did not receive any shipping reference presumeably because of the telephone communication.

Excellant product at an unbelievable price compared to other vendors. Ordered on Monday evening - arrived first thing Wednesday morning.

Delay in sending goods without informing us of any delays. No telephone numbers listed on their sight made it difficult to contact them as we were not sure how quickly they would respond to email.

Products as specified at good prices. Order went smoothly. Delivery time excellent. No problems so can't comment on support! Would use them again. What more can I say?
