This is an easy site to visit but doesn't always have the products I want when I want them. However frequent checks on the site usually pay off. Recently I ordered 4 mascaras which were delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately, one was not up to standard but their excellent Customer Service immediately sent a replacement without any question. I have successfully bought from Fragrance Direct many times and am happy to continue.
