Items received were testers obviously quite old as the perfume has very little smell to it. For £40 approx disappointed in purchases, packaging and will not use service again.

The delay in receipt of my parcel was entirely the fault of City Link and not Fragrance Direct. City Link tried to deliver the parcel to the wrong address and I was not then able to take delivery for almost a week. Could not fault Fragrance Direct in their handling of this matter.

I love this merchant and have told many friends who i know now use them for most of their purchases. I rec'vd a bottle of perfume which wouldn't spray properly in my last order and i rec'vd first class customer service and aftercare. delivery is usually on time. reliable, dissapointed once when i was sold something that was used but merchant claimed only packaging was missing; it was not worth much so i did not return it. four out of five stars. i have reccomended a few other people, i wish i could be rewarded for that. all good
