The product Arrived at the promised time well packaged and as expected. I am waiting for a more professional guitarist to test it for me. I have tried it out and was very impressed but I am only a beginner.

I always seem to have a problem confirming my delivery address in France, but when I phone the staff are always helpful. I bought my Voicelive 2 from Gear4music and it arrived very quickly. The prices are good and the postage rates are excellent. That's why I went straight back to them - and I will do again when I need more equipment. (I had to put 'no' for question 2 because I haven't got them yet - but they are not late - I don't expect them to get here yet.)

After checking online Gear4Music had best prices and all queries I had were dealt with speedily and courteously by both telephone and email.

the item i ordered arrived intact but the packaging was badley damaged and had a hole in it, if i had ordered some smaller items they could have been lost.

I wanted to buy an electric guitar for my twelve year old son. They had the lowest price I could find, and it was easy to get through on the phone to get advice from someone who really seemed to know what they were talking about.

I found my shopping experience at Gear4music very pleasant. The items were received on-time, well packaged and in good condition. The guitar is a good 1st guitar, but it is "cheap". But with everything you get with it and the price I payed it was still well worth it! I will use them again.

Overall it was fair two microphones and the power charge was not working. there was an additional one week delay in receiving product. Although there was an email to notify of this delay. There was no telephone contact despite request for one. This made me incur phone bills as email is a good method to contact customer but telephone is better as customer can engage in a rapport conversation quicker.

the recorder arrived broken. I called immediately once I'd spotted the fault. They offered to credit me, but not replace the item, as it was too much hassle. Therefore, even though I have my money back, the issue of buying a new recorder hasn;t disappeared. They have broken the Sale of Goods Act 1979, and told me, a customer, to get stuffed.
