The DVD player was a birthday suprise from me to my young sister. I had ordered it well in advance. Her birthday has passed and yet still I have not received the player. I is of no use to me now so please do not send it.

I returned the two dresses as we changed our mind about colour, however I have recieved no confirmation that you have received them and there is no sign of the money back in my account...although you were quick to take it out!
I have tried phoning numerous times but with no luck so i'm really dissapointed.

Very pleased with what I received. However, shirt that I ordered has not yet been received. I ordered it in plenty of time as it was required for Feb.11th, as yet has not been received.

Picked a jacket on-line delivered very quickly, unfortunately didn't fit correctly. Returned as instructions but have not seen adjustment into my account yet (Two weeks, waiting?)

The product arrived quicker than was detailed in the email and I actually found this a bit inconvenient because I was not expected the product to arrive so early. More accurate delivery estimates would be better.

Placed order, which was confirmed. But never turned up
due to Credit problem. GUS could not be bothered even though
I had given them Debit Card details to purchase outright.
No response until I chased them.Therefore ordering
