I shopped online and found it really easy to find the things I wanted and it was easy to order aswell.

I hAVEN'T RECEIVED MY GOODS YET AND ALSO HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO TRACK THE PARCEL

The website is very frustrating to use. Products are difficult to find. Difficult to browse, difficult to select options and the order was dificult to complete with the sequence of registration, login, voucher entry, confirmation etc.

They were unable to send leather swatches for the sofas I was interested in and unable to tell me the grade of leather used stating that the manufacturers do not give them this information. They did tell me that I would be able to return the sofa if it was not acceptable to me. I have heard nothing from them in relation to expected delivery date, but am aware that this type of item can take weeks to be delivered. I am fairly satisfied with their service and they are a lot better than some home shopping companies.

I've been a customer for more than 10 years. The goods are competitively priced. The members of staff always very polite and helpful. I would recommend GUS to anyone who prefers to shop by mail order, telephone or the Internet.

I have ordered two pair of ladies boots three wks ago and still they haven't come and when I track the order it says that there is no information available

if items are on sale offer and are sold out ,I do wish that they would take them off there web page, so you don't keep trying to look for stock and they are all sold out.

USUALLY GREAT UNIVERSAL IS VERY GOOD BUT I HAVE TRIED TO GET A GIRLS BIKE AND TWICE ON THE TROT THIS ORDER WAS CANCELLED BY THEM AND IF I HAD NOT BEEN TRACKING THE ORDER 1ST TIME I WOULD NOT HAVE KNOW I REPLACED THE ORDER THE SAME THING HAPPENED SO IF THIS CAN HAPPEN MY OPINNION OF GU WHICH WAS BRILLIANT IS NOW FAIR TO GOOD

I find G U S easy to shop at. Promt on delivery and when there is a delay the information is usually accurate. Goods are usually delivered on time and in good order. After sales service is efficientand freindly.

Product ordered from new season stock and eventually received a letter saying that it was unavailable which was very inconvenient.

Have been using Great Universal for about 20 years so am obviously a satisfied customer
