I have shopped with Greenhouse Warehouse on a few occasions and have never had a reason to contact them, ie failure to deliver / damaged goods etc. Overall the service has been very efficient and I would deffinately use them again.

Delivered at wrong time and not completed until a couple of weeks later, however, it was the Christmas period so allowed for the delay. Customer service, once being able to get through was excellent though.

Great 8x6 Green greenhouse, delivered very quickly just as advertised. Well packaged, so it was all in perfect condition when delivered. Good communications meant that I knew where my greenhouse was until it arrived. I called Customer Service for some installation advice and was very pleased that someone knowledgeable was able to help me straight away. I would recommend this store to anyone, and I'll be back for some accessories soon.
