Basically did exactly what they said they would (in terms of delivery)on their website. I ordered my item over the weekend, so it was despatched on Monday and I received it Tuesday, late morning. (I did ask for it to be delivered before midday if possible, and this was done)
So overall, I can't complain.

The experience was very good, but had it not been for the quick thinking actions of the courier the parcel would not have been received in such good condition. The outer packaging was not really strong enough for the purpose and had been well taped by the courier to prevent pieces being lost.

Took some time to find website, easy to order and responsive to email contact. Parts purchased not suitable to complete task, no corner fixings supplied or recommended, will have to purchase separately.

My overall experience with shopping at greenhouse warehouse was good, almost excellent, everything arrived and was in perfect condition. The only problem was it took a little longer than expected to be delivered. Will definitely shop with greenhouse warehouse in the future.
