My only concern is that having prepaid for the item, I have since received an 'Invoice' listing options as to how to settle. On the assumption that this is an administrative error, I am ignoring it.

First Class, I was amazed how fast the Product arrived, and have since seen the same product for sale on our local Market for 25% more, very HAPPY.

The order was placed on the 2 on stock arranged the day before i went on holiday. i was getting it sent to my sons so i could receive it before i travelled just before i left i got the call to say it was nil stock NOT GOOD AT ALL

I am not computer literate and I found that it was quite easy for me to place my order.I did not need to track the order, but if I did I am shure the the help would be have been there for me. In a nut shell,job well done.

As this was my first order and it was over a certain value, IT247 had to carry out some checks on me and also would not deliver to a different address, so it was fortunate that I was able to be at home for a couple of days in order to take their call and also to receive the delivery. I am sure that any subsequent orders would be very easy and I would use them again.

Complete shambles, would never consider using this site again. Said there would be delay in order and if I wanted to go ahead then I had to contact them, this I did informing them that I was prepared to wait for delivery. I then received an e-mail confirming my order had been cancelled as requested. Since it would appear that those handling the orders do not seem to know what is going on then there is no way I will be dealing with them.

Not by fault of the retailer, the hard drive i recieved was faulty. With the excellent customer support i was able to have a replacement send out to me. The process was very straight forward for me and my new hard drive is running fine.

Received my Plug & Go Navigator from IT247.com by next day delivery. I'll definately be using them again...if you've not done so already, take a look at their online catalogue, it's the biggest i've come across!

The initial experience was vey good with all the items received on time. However, the after sales experience was not so good. I emailed this company to return the Kingston Data Traveler (diagnosed by Kingston Technical Support as faulty) on 3rd July. It is now 7th July and apart from receiving 2 emails I have yet to receive the RMA necessary for me to return the item.

I WAS IN FACT SURPRISED AND PLEASED TO RECEIVE THE GOODS ALMOST BY RETURN AS I HAD ELECTED THE 10 DAY FREE POSTAGE AND PACKING OPTION.

Low prices becuase they source from different suppliers. We ordered HP DAT Tapes and Drives on two occasions and got four different deliveries not on the same days or time. So if you are home based this may be a pain unless you have someone who's always around on a business day. We also had problems with a delivery and could not get immediate answers because they had to call their suppliers in turn. If you are a business on a must-meet deadline you may not save money and it can be a pain.

I ordered a HDMI lead which was shown as in stock, they charged my account the next day. The lead was never delivered. They ignored my e mails requesting information. I got so fed up with them that I demanded a refund. I finally managed to get contact from customer services who told me that they were processing my refund. It took another 11 days and me threatening legal action before they paid the money back. The web site raves about their customer service - It is the worst I've experienced!

Never bought from these guys before, but price was fantastic (HP Desktop) and customer service was good. Nice to be able to talk to someone on the phone. Particularly liked the Customer Centre interface. One to watch for the future- will use again. HOM
