I have not received my items. Their tracking service has been discontinued. Their web page has been down for over a week and I cannot contact them on telephone number they provided.

Easy and no fuss - shame postage is not included in the price for all purchases. On my previous order, there was one colour in the series out of stock. When it became available, postage would have been charged just for that 1 item. I was going to have to pay for the suppliers fault of being out of stock. I made the order up to >£10 to avoid this.

I value the guarantee offered in response to an email I sent, that any damage to my printer in the future that may 'possibly' have been caused by the ink/cartridge would be fully rectified/compensated.
However I hope I don't have to claim, as there will be lots of wriggle room for Inkcycle.
