Never had any problems with the firm or delivery. However from THEIR point of view I wonder why my cartridges were in TWO packages when, as I tried, they would have quite easily fitted into 1. They MUST pay some postage so this may save THEM some money??

Wish the delivery had been quicker. The cartridge when it arrived didn't specify my printer on it, it specified other models, so I was unsure whether to use it. It was only the invoice which had the right crtrisge model on it whcih made me use it. disappointing.
