very good overall, but since changing account numbers, a lot of misunderstandind, example, tried to cancel a tv, membership number not reconised, then i spoke to 6 or 7 people just to get through to the right department. this happend on 2 consecutive days. also a lot of useful things not available on-line.

Goods were good but major problems whenever returning and still trying to return a certain item. Major delays in returns pick-up from my address.

all the times that I have used Kays lifestyle, my orders have always come through as promised on time and wit no problems. The times I have had to return anything they have been collected by a courier on the expected day and within the time slot allowed.

we never recieved our goods and when phoning the enquiry line it took a long time for them to answer and then i was cut off and had to phone back and this took the same long time as the first and then to be told they never knew what had happened to the goods and would have to reorder and would not be with us until the 8th of august when we first ordered it in june i think this is a bad way of doing things and if things do not change kays could loose a lot of customers

My account number has been changed by the company. Since then I haven't been able to log on the website to view my account or track any orders.

I was happy with how quick I got some of the products I ordered but unfortunately I received a letter to say that the trousers were no longer in stock and if they get anymore they will forward them on. This is inconvenient. It should have stated this on their website when the order was placed.

the 3 things I tried to order were out of stock and no where did it say when they would be in stock so that I could reorder.

it is easy and staight foward to shop with Kays,although i do not like the way the new accounts page is. it was far better the old way.

could not access internet site - new account number not acceptable. Promotion code i used for 10% off was not accepted on site. All in all - unacceptable!!!

when I tracked the order it said a week later. When they phoned about the delivery they said between 7 and 8 in the morning which was accurate as the driver was on time. It was better than having to wait in all day.

Goods unavailable were not instantly shown online, a letter was recived to advise they could not supply - but this was received very quickly and was completely acceptable. I would continue to order online in the future.

Courier messed up order to me ot would arrive on a certain day, I contacted them in afternoon for them to inform me my product had not been put on the lorry.

I have to be honest and say that 75% of clothing i ordered was of poorer quality on receipt, than portrayed in the catalogue, and, consequently overpriced.

I would shop with Kays always, because I have had such good service in the past. However, nowadays it takes forever for an article to arrive. I am still waiting for the mattress, which is really annoying as guests arrive next week. I do find the new site harder to find my way around. I could not find the tracking, nor the detailed statements, so have to try again. I like the rest of the site and the shopping is very easy.

As I now use the Internet to buy from Kays I find it very good. I know immediately if goods are in stock and if there is a delay I can track it easily. I pay my bill via telephone banking as I had problems with paying on-line, but again I find the whole thing so easy.

Excellent service every thing ordered arrived either on time or shortly after.Ordering by phone or internet was hassel free will definately be using Kays lifestyle again.
