Everything that i have purchased froom here has been good, deliveries have always turned up when expected or earlier. The only things i have had 'problems' with is that i never receive the full catalogue only the smaller one.

we have just opened a account with kays, the first order we recieved was fine, but when we placed our third order the order was cancelled without even telling us & we still do not understand why? so we are going to pay off our balance and never use kays again, we have also informed one of our friends not to get an account with you (word of mouth does go far)

I have been a kays customer for many years and I was very dissapointed as practicaly everything I ordered this time was out of stock and it is supposed to be the newsummer catalogue and nothing was in stock.Very dissapointed

I always use kays when i need to purchase larger items, i find their prices reasonable, and the service top class, i know if i have ordered from kays it will arrive on time in a good condition and that i will have good customer support should i need it. It is also a bonus having the interest free credit.

I am happy shopping with them the only problem i had with them was when i ordered my frist order i was been ask to pay some money to recieve my order but by the time i called the goods was no more in stock. Also they said that i would get 20% off my first order which didn't happen. Above all am happy shopping with them and will recommend a friend

No problem with the shopping experience apart from the fact that most things that I try & order are always out of stock with no date due in avalability.

Delivery of goods was very good. They arrived the next day even though i did not ask for next day delivery.

the order came on time but sandles were not what i thought tee shirt seemed very thin and the zip on the jeans was broken

Service was ok, products were not great quality but you get what you pay for I guess

The boots were supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks. Needless to say 3 weeks has been and gone. I have chased the matter to be told that its the suppliers with the problem and not Kays but nonetheless, this is still not very good and this was my first order and it was paid for and my son STILL has no football boots. the reson we shopped here was because we could not find a size 13 anywhere else except for Kays and unfortunately we feel let down.

my goods came before the stated date witch i thought was great everything came in perfect condition i would definatly use them again and when i contacted customer services they were very helpfull and understanding.

don't sell enough ranges for larger sizes on=line but in general very good

Shopping online was quick and easy although i didnt get the 20% i was promised in the letter you sent and when i sent an email asking about this i wasnt told alot of information and nothing else was done. The customer service was poor but the goods and delivery was excellent.

i find ordering through kays an easy experience, the site is very easy too navigate, and easy to understand

I am sick of ordering items then being told they are sold out. I will be cancelling my account when I've paid it off.

so far everything i ordered i have returned. the quality is not the best, at least clothes wise. very disappointed, as well because i wasted my incentive.
