Good range - buy for my 9 year old grandson - often Kitbag offers same goods at cheaper price.

I tried to track it through UPS, it didnt work, but that was their problem not yours. And the delay in shipping was because of the volcano so i understood why. Otherwise it was excellent, much cheaper than if i were to buy it from a shop here in Australia.

The shopping experience at Kitbag.com is always good and the goods are always delivered on time when using UPS Tracking shipping. However, the response rate for customer's email will need to be work on as email is normally not replied on time.

I had put 3 orders in for soccer jerseys and 2 have arrived but the 3rd is still missing. It has been more than 18 days and I have emailed kitbag's customer service about the status of it, and although I get a quick response, it is all a generic 'we're sorry, we're trying our best' but no answer to my questions. It is frustrating, and although I know that there was the europe airways issue with the volcanic ashes, one of the orders placed at the same time had arrived but the missing one is still unattended to. Apart from that, I think kitbag is pretty good.
