I had a great purchasing experience online. There was great feed back and communication. However after 2 weeks when my package has still not been delievered, I had to email them to find out there was a delay that was going to take another 2 weeks before they would even recieve the goods. It is likely from purchase to delivery it will be over one month. That is not good enough without any further communication.

I purchased three (3) 09-10 Barcelona Training shirts. These shirts were not available at any other merchants I know of. The package only took three (3) days to arrive! how fast is that??!! I couldn't believe it - UPS was terrific. Everything arrived safe and sound. The UPS delivery person was friendly and pleasant too. Kitbag has done very well picking the vendor (UPS) they use to deliver their goods. About a week later I placed a second order for another shirt - the 09-10 Angola Home shirt. The quality of the service and the delivery was the same, 3 days. I will order again from Kitbag. I trust and have confidence in Kitba. I am a happy customer. Well done Kitbag!! Have waited 16 days and have not received my delivery. The status on the website is also very vague. The website experience is not bad at all, just falls short in the execution after, the delivery. Would've been nice to have received my delivery within the 7 to 10 window. Am still hoping to receive it, but am not keeping my fingers crossed.

Order did not arrive. Funds were refunded as stock did not exist. Overall disappointment but satisfied with Kitbag.com.
