I ordered a Samsung American Fridge Freezer in April. It is now July and they have appeared to miss 4 or 5 delivery dates. I have lost count. They have had a significant sum of money for some time and just blame the supplier - not their own supply chain (they have taken 160 orders for this product!). I can't believe that after telling me it would finally be delivered in July that they are still advertising the product on their site but telling people stock may be available in August!

I buy from the internet a lot and found Kitchen Science to be the best I have used. The whole process from start to finish was very easy. I ordered an AEG dishwasher from them. The price was very competitive, they phoned me the day before delivery to advise of a time of delivery and stuck to this time slot. The delivery drivers where fantastic, and best of all in the evening after the delivery I got a call to check that everything was OK. Brilliant service!

I ordered a Neff oven,hob and cooker hood on 10th Feb.Payment was taken the same day.A delivery date was arranged for 17th Feb.Nothing arrived.Phoned Kitchen Science and was told delivery would be 28thFeb.Nothing arrived.3 subsequent delivery dates were prommissed but still nothing arrived the last date being 5 weeks later.After being told delivery would be another week I had had enough of their broken promises and asked for a full refund.I will not try to purchase from this company again

I ordered a Miele Washing Machine on 25.02.06. I was quoted 7 days delivery. It arrived promptly at 08.20 on the 7th day and the delivery men were polite, tidy and helpful. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept advised throughout the entire process. Kitchen Science's price was the best also. I will definately use them again and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Kitchen Science lead in a chain involving the manufacturer and Shipper, who work for the Manufacturer, not Kitchen Science. It was Sprint, the firm contracted by Miele to deliver a Frige/Freezer and a Washer that proved the weakest and least customer sensitive part of an otherwise faultless purchase, after an order to remove an old appliance got missed. Sprint seemed to think that this was the customer's problem, not theirs. After a hesitant start, Kitchen Science recovered the position well.

I ordered an electric hob from Kitchen Science and was delighted with the way in which my order was processed .Service as it should be. Efficient, fast and curteous with even a follow up phone call.

ordered Siemens WXL 147A washing machine on 24/01/2006 am. Got a phone call that day pm saying they can deliver on that saturday [28/01/2006]. Delivered on saturday no problem. Received a follow up call on monday [30/01/2006] asking if appliance had been delivered ok. very pleased with purchase process

I ordered my Hotpoint cooker on Tues 27th of Dec 2005 at 5.00pm. As there were no reviews of this shop I wanted to speak to someone, to reassure me. I was immediately put through to a very helpful and polite young lady who informed me that not only was my item in stock, but that it could be delivered on Thursday the 29th of December. I was suitably impressed, and even more so when it arrived unscathed and efficiently on time.
