I ordered 2 sofa savers via the internet on 29 Jan. Two emails arrived with different delivery times - 1 for 2-3 days, the other for within 2 wks.
I phoned the company to ask where my order was on the 15 Feb - to be told that they didn't have any in stock & I had to wait another month. Another call on 21 Feb told that my order had actually been dispatched on the 2 Feb, had obviously got lost and that they'd have to send me out a letter to sign before having to wait 2 wks for another delivery!

One article was ordered- it took nearly three weeks for us to be informed it was out of stock.
I regularly checked the order/dispatch procedure but it was not updated from date of order to date the unavailable notification was put on, I may consider trying to purchase through this outlet at a later date

The item received did not seem the same as the item pictured. It was very short and more of a child/teenager size than womens free size. I promptly returned the item but have not received confirmation or a refund.

Yes i would order again but will not use this as a main catalogue because i do not agree with the fact they do not offer commission and this is the only catalogue that i know that do not give something back to their agents. All the others give you 10% cashback or 12.5% in goods and it gives you more incentive to order. I have another account elsewhere and have purchased a cooker and a dishwasher and done some of my xmas shopping with them and i know i will get a good bit back for shopping with them perhaps its something they should consider doing in the future.

I do a lot of business on-line and the on-line service and communication,from emails, very ifficiant, very quick.

it was very easy as i did my shopping on line, i only used marshall ward as i wanted one specific product. I was previously a customer & despite requesting my account be cancelled & for no further catalogues & correspondance from them due to a house move i still received items i had to make 6 seperate phone calls each time i was assured i would receive nothing further & yet i still did hopefully i won't have the same rigamarole again

Shopping online is so quick and easy and if I have any queries I need to talk to someone about they are quick to answer, you're never left on hold, they are polite and eager to help. I have only ever had one parcel go missing and they were so helpful and apologetic for any disappointment caused. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I paid for 3 items 'next day delivery'. 1 item arrived, the rest almost a week later. Very disappointing when you are promised (and have paid for) a delivery and it doesn't arrive!
I have now been reimbursed with the special delivery charge.

I find Marshall ward a fairly good company being able to supply most good order, however even when ordering over the internet after mailshots they are sometimes already out of stock.

I am very very very, disappointed see below !
I ordered the above item which the computer reported as being in stock I received conformation of the order.
3 or 4 days went by and I checked to find it had been cancelled. No one had informed me and if I had not checked
I would not have known until it was too late.
If the stock level is nil it should display NIL and not IN STOCK
The system is not reliable and I am running out of time It was a Christmas present for my wife. Now I have got to wander around the shops which I Hate. I have now found the Item with an other supplier but I have suffered Considerable Disappointment and Inconvenience
