got a acme car with engine that was playing up...took them a month to rectify the problem and send it back...a month!! The reason they give me was they were very busy?.solution get some more staff?.don?t buy of these guys if you are not prepaid to wait around.

If you order a car yes it will be with you pretty much the next day. If you order a part it will take roughtly 5 days (far too slow comparted to other shops). I bought a model Acme Condor Pro and when I was having problems the guy had an attitude and really didnt want to help. For a begginer I cannot recommend enough that you buy from a local hobby shop. That way there is always someone there to help you and the parts are there. Nitrotek also sell very poor cars like the Acme/Smartec

I previously ordered one of their models without any hassle. On attempting to order another one, I was informed that my address incurrs an additional £15 charge. Once I questioned this, I received rude and evasive emails in return so i would definately avoid them. They don't like to keep their customers happy, that's for sure.
