Minor delay on order but kept well-informed and received delivery before the second given date during a period of heavy snow and ice. Both service and communications good.

Still awaiting delivery of goods which unfortunately longer delivery preiod than expescted

Delivery did not arrive when arringed. I called them at 17:30hrs that day and was told it could be up to 18:30hrs. But nothing arrived. No communications from them to reschedule or appologise. I've used before without probs. Probably the snow delayed delivery but I should have been told what is going on.

we recieved our furniture 4 weeks after ordering as an item was out of stock. When we opened one of the chest of draws it has a biro scribble on the top right in the middle of the wood. We decided not to send back as we had been waiting far to long for this product and will sand it down our selfs. But I am disapointed that spent so much money on a product sthat was damaged. I havnt opened the other two products yet but if they are damaged I will be placing a complaint.

After paying for the chest, I got an email with my payment confirmation and confirming it was standard delivery. They said they would contact me to arrange for delivery. But I then got a call the next day at work from a delivery driver who was 15 mins away from my flat saying it was next day delivery. THis was great in that it was so quick, but not great in that I was at work. Luckily I could get a family member to go round and be there - but if they hadn't been able to, the chest would have had to have been returned. Something obviously went a bit wrong in the communication somewhere along the line.

I wrote an e-mail to the team telling them how pleased I had been with the service I receieved.

staff telephoned me to arrange a delivery date, and will telephone again to confirm a delivery time nearer to that date.

The product I ordered was easy to order on line, of good quality, delivered on the day that was agreed on. I would definately use them again.

I ordered the wrong size table to begin with and it was changed the moment that I asked and the refund organised. The product was delivered much sooner than expected.

The Website was easy to use and the delivery service was excellent . I was called the morning of the delivery and given a time slot for delivery. The goods were delivered in that timeslot.

The website was excellent to use, delivery was quick & the product is fantastic, really pleased with the quality and the assembly was very easy (assembled the wardrobe by myself).
