After ordering an Auqalisa shower kit and Expelair Fan at the beginning of June, I got repeated e-mails pushing delivery of the Shower kit back and back. The latest e-mail pushed delivery back to July, with no guarantee I would get it then.

having successfully bought a shower unit we decided to buy a bathroom suite.
after a subtantial wait for goods which we were not warned about at the time of purchase, the order came incomplete. after contacting the company immediately, 2 weeks ago, we have had no inication of when we will recieve the complete order. this is costing us time and money and we face the very real possibilty of spending christmas without a bathroom. in addition all communication has stopped and which is incredibly frustrating. a totally unsatisfactory service!

Tried to order a Kit-Mastic Epoxy Resin Kit after being directed from another website which gave a price of £6.94 inc P+P. After going through the rigmarole of inputting all the necessary details it ended up with a price of £9.94. For obvious reasons I declined to confirm my order...........

Do not buy anything from Plumbworld. They delievered my order with missing bits. I emailed them. no response. I managed to speak to someone who sorted it. They then generated an order for the misisng pieces even though they had refunded them. I emailed them again - got the worst response ever - They accused me of lying saying I hadn't spoken to anyone even though I had a refund number. I am on the verge of just accepting the item and selling it on Ebay.

My goods were received eight days from order, the bath was the wrong handing and I informed them via email within 15 minutes of delivery as there is no customer services telephone number.
I have received no contact from customer services for 36 hours apart from automated messages.
The online tracking feature on their website stated that my order had been delivered to an address in Staffordshire, I live in Surrey.
The service to date has been woeful, Avoid.

I had a dreadful experience shopping with Plumbworld. Having sent me the wrong item, they then insisted I wait in to sign for the correct item. I couldn't do this as I, like most Plumbworld customers, have a job. Finally, when the correct item was sent to a depot for collection I drove 25 miles to the depot only to be told it had been sent back to Plumbworld.
This was compounded by the bad customer service that i received. I was offered no apology and no alternative to waiting in for the correct item. Plumbworld can only be contacted by email, which resulted in a two day delay in my query initially being answered. When a representative did get in touch i was offered no apology and found him to be both obstructive and inflexible. Finally, when I complained that my item was no longer at the depot, the representative insinuated that this was my fault baecause I couldn't wait in for its delivery, despite the situation arising from Plumbworld sending the wrong item in the first place.
I will never shop with plumbworld again and will warn all of my friends and family about this unprofessional excuse for a retailer.

I ordered a product Three weeks ago that they said they had in stock. Still not received despite many assurances they have the product. They are either lying or totally incompetent. I feel it is probably a combination of the two. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM:

All they did was advertise that they had stock and then sent an email every day saying it was out of stock and was expected tomorrow. This wnet on for a week - by then I had cancelled.

Delivery arranged. Told by courier needed to be at home to sign. Time booked off work. 3 hours before delivery due recieve call to say will not arrive due to mix up. Couldn't give new date. Needed to know ASAP.
No customer services Tel number.
Automated response to e-mail promising update in 2 hours and every 2 hours thereafter until resolved.
After 2 hours - no update. Further e-mail sent
After 4 hours - no update.
After 6 hours - no update. Refund requested
After 8 hour

I ordered the product, it wasn't delivered, the delivery company left no contact detail, plumbworld and the delivery company refused to re organise delivery by phone, I ended up by having to purchase from a shop.I will be very reluctant to order anything from a company that doesn't provide a customer services helpline to phone when a problem arises.

placed an order for a complete bathroom suite including shower.when the delivery arrived there was no bath or toilet and i was told that the vanity unit had been damaged at the warehouse. im still not sure how they picked this orderand didnt realise that the bath and toilet were missing. the replacements were sent in good time but wen i checked the vanity unit was damaged and the legs for the bath were missing. i contacted plumbworld but this is not easy as it can only be done via email and takes several days to get a reply. i was told that the bath didnt come with legs but when i checked on the website it shows that it comes with legs. i did save some money by using plumbworld but it was not worth the hassle and delays i had to go through and i will not be using them again

Received duplicate items in error, somehow, and charged for them. Plumbworld argued that I could only send goods back providing I paid for shipping and claimed it was my fault. Appalling customer service response and attitude. I will not purchase from this companmy again.

I ordered several items,I wasn't given a delivery time,neither could I get one. My bath was damaged in 3 places,the pop waste didn't work. The customer service is appalling you cannot phone,you have to email and no one helps. My refund has still not be paid after 10 days and they now tell me they won't pay my delivery costs even though it says they will on their website. I strongly recommend you don't use this company.

When I placed the order I was given a delivery time of three to five days, the order did not arrive for 25 days which was whilst we were away on holiday.
The order was incorrect and incomplete. Several items were missing from our order and several parts were sent that were not ordered.
The Duo steam cabin was advertised as a quality product, we are still not able to use it. When it arrived lots of parts were missing, when it was erceted lots of parts did not fit together. We have had the engineer out from Sani Nova who can not fit it together either. The engineer has had to take pieces away twice now and return with more and more replacement bits as the steam cabin can not be assembled as described in the instructions. The communication from Sani Nova is very poor they do not show up when they say they will and we have been left to pursue the where abouts of the engineer when he has not shown up. He is due back again next week - after again not showing up this week. We wait to see if he arrives and more to the point if this "quality item" will actually fit together as described. I would hate to think of the quality of a "non quality product".

Too expensive on postage. For a small lightweight item postage of £4.97, plus VAT making a total of £5.83. The actual postage used was £1.10, no VAT.
An Email for an explanation sent the 29th of October has not been replied to.
As a tradesman this is unacceptable profiteering. I would not use them and have related this to my associates in the trade.

The ordering part was fine. Good communications etc. The delivery experience was extremely poor... Business post online tracking just says whether it is booked into warehouse or van, not expected delivery time etc. Next day service failed. Promised redelivery by 12 the following day failed. Had to make repeated caalls to depot to get special arrangements made. Customer-facing personnel at depot operations did not respond well. Summary: Overall Experience VERY poor. How many people does an unhappy customer tell? well I'll be telling quite a few about Plumbworld's courrier Business Post. So different to my experience with Screwfix who will get my business back now!!!! The few pounds cheaper are not worth the hassle.

Three months ago I phoned Plumbworld twice regarding ordering a lilac glitter toilet seat as shown on their web site. Plumbworld said it was no longer available and would not be issued again.
Two weeks ago I spotted it again advertised on the net. I then placed my order which was subsequently accepted. I then recieved an email saying the company expected a delivery of the seat the following day.
The following day I recieved an email stating I had cancelled my order which I had not done, Plumbworld themselves had done so.
I then emailed Plumbworld and stated I still wanted the seat. Plumbworld then emailed me and said it was no longer available and suggested a see through turquoise seat as an alternative which I declined as being completely unsuitable to match colour scheme etc.
On the whole I would rate my shopping experience with Plumbworld as ABYSMALY DISAPOINTING,in fact a totally ill prepared and inadequate shopping source! Not even a second rate service. I will not reccomend anyone, neither friends , customers nor clients to have dealings with Plumbworld, bearing in mind I work for a company myself that deals with the bathroom trade Nation wide!

I wont shop here again. The staff are great and the whole process is fine BUT the returns policy is very restrictive. I needed to send things back and they make it very hard for you to do this and you are not sure after going through the expense that they will give you your money back. In my instance I wanted to exchange goods as they were not compatable. Sure I should have known this befiore buying, but its the real world and people dont always know if things will fit or be compatible with a heating system etc . Anyway I wanted to return goods to the value of £500 and replace them with goods to the value of £670, and thought that when they drop off the new goods I could just give my unwnated goods back. This was not the case. I had to send them back at my expense £170 and hope that they would accept them back. This was not a chance I was willing to take, so instead I am selling them on ebay, and have gone elsewhere - to someone with a better returns policy. So no I wont buy from plumbworld again.

Rang your customer services, got a man who gave us wrong information so received wrong order. Tried to send order back and it has been an absolute nightmare as no one will take it as it is too big, or they can't take it unless we have an account with them. I don't see why we need an account for the return of one item. I am fed up of having conversations with machines only to be fobbed off by email. I have tried to contact you but you have no lines to your customer services. I have mislaid the initial phone number .
Perhaps when you have a member of staff who can actually spare five minutes to sort this mess out.
I have spent the past three days trying to find a courier to take the damned thing back to you but as I said they cannot take it. One even suggested carrying the thing to the. post office

I had no instructions and email 4 times to various people at Plumbworld to email them urgently to me as the taps had an extra piece on them that needed fitting and we didn't know if it went on the cold or hot tap.
Nobody has bothered to reply and as you don't supply a phone number we had to take them to a local plumbers merchants to ask for there advise.
Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with!

I was disappointed with the waiting time for the original order, even more disappointed when it eventually arrived and was damaged, and yet more disappointed on having to wait until at least July 22nd before having the damaged item picked up a new and hopefully undamaged item re-delivered.
