Very easy to find product required, ordering and payment on line easy and uncomplicated. Have opted to have filters delivered every 6 month paying by standing order. I think this is a very good service to offer.

I purchased 2 water filters although when I put the first one in place it leaked on the screwed in part that was pre assembled.I tightened the joint but the thread was cross threaded so I put the other one in and it was fine ,there was obviously a fault with the pre assembled part but as I tried to tighten it up I thought I would not be able to send it back as I played about with it, but it genuinely was not my fault but next time I purchase one I will send it back if it leaks.so my merchandise rating would be excellent for one but poor for the other.

this was a very straight forward purchase with no problems and we would use this co again
