I left instructions for filters to be left in un-locked garage whilst I was at work,they were left in my metal dustbin!! I`ve purchased exactly the same filters from the `sister` company of Pozzani,but found,to my cost,they were far more expensive?

i gave delivery instructions which were not followed - the delivery was left hidden behind some boots rather than in the logstore. However, this was fine on the day.

This was a replacement filter for a broken unit. Never expected to get a replacement under warranty as these days you just dont expect people to be interested. Cna not say the same about pozzani though. Customer care is exceptional 5 star rating

1. Charged a second charge for VAT not included when original order placed - this is totally unacceptable, you should have stood the loss, not recharged me. Under contract law you are liable!!! 2. Discount offered was misleading, it was for a full filtration system not on all items, felt very mislead. Will now be looking for an alternative supplier because of above. Will only deal with you again if you are significantly cheaper than a competitor .
