ordering my item was quick and easy but i have only used the item once as i didn't think it was designed properly as when i tried to get my child out of the ring it bruised both my childs legs

Excellent range , very fast delivery. Packaging could have been slightly better(thicker)as cardboard was torn in a couple of places, product was not damaged though.

Fantastic website for all you need in terms of 'baby-proofing' your home. The 'Stairgate finder' tool on the Home page is an excellent tool. Was also able to leave additional delivery instructions on the order form, so should no-one be at home, the courier could deliver to my designated neighbour. Many thanks for a smooth service. Very good, I intially ordered the wrong item. I contacted the vendor who advised exactlty what to do. Items were returned and cost refunded.

Excellent. I ordered a product that most similar sites did not stock (baby gate plus extra wide extension) and it arrived a few days later, ahead of the expected delivery date. I was also impressed that the company delivered to Northern Ireland (many do not) and also did not overcharge for a non mainland delivery. I would definitely order from this company again.

On all previous occasions, my orders have arrived late. Despite placing the order well before the 3pm cut off time, I have never received an order on the next business day as promised. On one occasion, the company failed to notify me that they had ran out of stock of an item previously shown as being in stock on the website. Instead of communicating with me, they simply left my order unattended/undesptached. I took a day off work to receive an order which never arrived. The (partly satisfied) order finally arrived 3 days later. The out of stock items took 2-3 weeks to arrive. I shop at Safetots because they have a good range of products and these are priced competitively. It would make my shopping experience more positive if Safetots could deliver on their promises and improve communications with customers.

Product arrived in good conditon and very quickly. One concern was that additional extras such as extentions were not clearly detailed on exact use. But otherwise it was good.

Website was easy to use, shopping process straightforward, and goods arrived on time and in good condition. About as simple and pain-free as online shopping gets, and would happily use again.

The actual shopping experience was good and we are pleased with the product - it looks good. However the assembly instructions were awful - the pictures didn't link up with the instructions and the wording was useless in places. I could go on and on, but I won't. We are both big do-it-yourself ers, and we found it hard to follow. Some customers must have had a really bad time!

Happy with purchase but negatives include: 1) No instructions received with pack of locks. I have pieces that have not been used and I don't know what they are for. 2) Website did not make it clear that the locks only work properly when used upright on cupboard doors (gravity pulls the lock into place when shutting door). If used for drawers then mounting sideways means the magnets need to be used to lock as well as open drawers. I would recommend the product for cupboard doors but would recommend an alternative product for drawers if you want to know that they are 100% secure.

I have used Safetots a few times now and I trust them to get me the goods on time and at a fair price, they have a great range of safety products and their website is easy to navigate. I would definitely use them again.

Left a message on their answerphone and received no reply. Paid the £10 delivery charge for next day delivery and did not receive some of the goods, not all of them, for four days as some items were out of stock - they did not let me know this. I had to phone them.

Excellent no hassle service. Would definitely use again and recommend highly to family and friends.
