The only complaint that I have about the service that I recievd was the cost of the postage. I was charged £5 for the postage; bot when the goods arrived the envelope was franked with postage costs of £0.49p. It seems to me that the postage charged was well in excess of the actual postage costs. If I order again from this website I will check to see if the postage costs are justifable prior to ordering

Good web site. Couriers let them down repeated failure to deliver and also told me to come down and collect parcels as I live on second floor flat despite lift! Not easy with a baby.

Had to chase order as not recived after a week, said was posted and to check post office, although could fit through the letter box. After chasing arrived next day , date franked day before and not previous week!!!! Also postage cost 79p and I was charged £5.00 considering the actual item cost £4.99 feld a little bit ripped off. If item had to go via parcel delivery then fair enough but was delivered through letter box as ordinary post.

Quick, easy, value for money

Very very happy, as a busy mum it can be difficult to find time to shop and find the right product. The Safetots website search engine found exactly what I wanted immediately and it was in stock, the order process was easy and simple and my product arrived within a couple of days well packaged.

The only slight problem was that I found the form slightly complicated to complete - "shipping address" etc was quite confusing. Otherwise I was more than happy with the purchase.

The door locks were just what we wanted as a temporary fixture for young visitors. They don't need to be fixed permanently. Excellent

We received the stairgate the next day after ordering on-line. I was impressed with this, but unfortunately the item was missing its instruction booklet. We contacted Safetots and they organised Baby Dan to send it to us directly. Unfortunately, this stairgate is still not suitable for our awkward configuration at the bottom of our stairs! Haven't got around to sending it back yet.

The only fault I had was that I was charged £15 for postage to N. Ireland which on the package only cost £1.83. I wouldn't have minded if the postage was £5 or at the most £7 but I think £15 for such a small item sent by normal post was an outrageous sum to charge.
