Always receive the goods on time and have always been the goods I ordered. Only once did I receive an order where part of the product looked like it had been used. I complained to Salon Skincare and they seemed quite nonchalant about it. They said they were going to contact Elemis with regard to my complaint and get back to me. However they never have gotten back to me. Otherwise every other aspect has been excellent.

The 1000 ml bottels for the same price has never on stock and you keep changing the date for when it was supposed to be on stock. Waited 2 months before I just bought the 300 ml bottels.
