Product was not delivered within specified delivery time. Tried to speak to customer services but always in a queue. Managed to get through twice - first time was promised a call back to tell me status of order, but received no call. If I had been told not to expect delivery on time (ie. honest reply) then i could have made alternative plans but being kept on hold was very frustrating. Last straw being in queue for half hour after which time they put phone down on me. Cancelled order - waiting for money to be refunded. Wrote a letter of complaint but have received no response.

The promise on the web site and confirmation email of delivery time was not met. When I enquired about it they did nothing more than quote the standard words of "it will be delivered subject to avaiability" which was not clear when ordering. The company who produced and were to deliver the item were impossible to contact. Then cancelled a delivery day and did not call one hour before final delivery as promised. The product is ok but I would look to order elseware in future and would not recommend.

Very good experience. Everything went smoothly and product was delivered exactly when they said.

Shed and components were of poor quality. Thin wood, also difficult to fit as sizing not very accurate.

not possible to get thru to the number for the comapnay who deliver the items so impossible to find out about delivery without contacting Shedstore themselves - once I got thru they weree helpful

Having received my goods after many weeks, there was a part missing. It took me two days of being on hold for some 60 minutes in total to eventually receive an email stating that replacement parts are unavailable and that arrangements would be made to collect the delivery and provide me with a completely new product. This was about 10 days ago and I am still waiting. Overall, it has been a poor experience.

Phoned customer service,could never get through. So I emailed customer service to say I could not be at home on the proposed delivery date. Got no reply.

The shopping experience was very good and easy. However, I feel that the floor of the shed could be more substantial, possibly more joists or stronger timbers.

We bought this for storing our gardening equipment and other stuff. It was simple and easy to make a purchase. Also there was enough information about the product, which included a small drawing and description of materials used. Some other sites didn't have enough information.

I expected the product to be delivered the week commencing the 26h May. I tried to contact both shedstore and the delivery company - the waiting times on the phone was completely unacceptable. We were on hold for 30 minutes! If this can be improved, the overall shopping experience would be much better!

The playhouse came with the wrong instructions, I rang the manufacters twice to ask them to email the correct ones but they never arrived.

When i made the purchase I was a little bit worried whether I would receive the playhouse in time for my son's birthday. It arrived on the day of his birthday after I sent an email to check the progress of the order.

Having booked a date for delivery and installation, I was telephoned on the day and asked if I already had the shed! It transpired the shed had been lost. I lost a day's annual leave from work and was given no indication of how or when the problem would be resolved. The promised call-back wasn't made so I have had to chase and re-book the delivery and installation of my product myself. I now await to see if it arrives this time and in good condition...

I was very impressed with the clear communication, speed of delivery and value for money. The shed was simple to erect although the instructions were in rather small print for older eyesight.
