shed put up well and quickly, next day it rained very heavily - no leaks ! a pleasing experience

Whilst the ordering on line and the delivery of the shed was fine, my builders who erected it for me considered it was poor quality and didn't fit together at all well. However it is up and I have painted it so it looks alright but the floor is not strong so I do not know how long it will last. I suppose it is true that we get what we pay for.

I was 'phoned to expect delivery on a given date - pm. It was actually delivered in thew morning while we were out and dumped in the driveway. We had to move it before being able to drive in. Erection instructions were missing and it took several 'phone calls before they were posted to us. WE are disappointed that the floor of the shed is so insubstantial, and, it would be much easier for houses with limited access to have the floor in two pieces. This critism is meant to be helpful, not just a whinge!

Problem free experience. Would recommend to others particularly as very competitive prices and a prompt service.

Ordering was fine. It was the after care that failed. I was never contacted about delivery, I had to do the following up for delivery etc costing me a lot of time and telephone call costs. When the shed arrived, there were some minor items missing such as screws and small parts of wood. I never bothered contacting Shedstore as I had had such a poor experience with the delivery side of things. I ended up buying the missing items myself

No product arrived on agreed delivery date, plus no contact from merchant to explain. Despite 3 phone calls and a follow up email still no return call from supplier to update on situation. Totally unacceptable customer service. Now trying to determine if Shedstore have chosen to break the sale contract. I have never experienced such an appalling service from anyone in the past.

I had to contact shedstore after delivery of the shed as there was a problem with part of the shed. However they dealt with it very promptly and I was satisfied with the response to my complaint.

No problems items arrived and shed was assembled. One small point the roof felt could have been thicker and the feltnails longer

Excellent service. I had two small pieces missing for the door on the metal shed. I telephoned customer service who were extremely helpfull and then two days later the manufacturer phoned to confirm which two pieces and told me he would send them out. Two days later a fully constructed door was delivered (even though I only required two small pieces !!). Great quality, good price and excellent in resolving the small issue. Fantastic service and would definitely use again.

The service provided was unacceptable. Firstly I was given a delivery date that was not met, then I was promised another delivery date which again was not met. When I enquired about these issues I was informed the truck had broken down, then the driver was running late when all the time it appeared there was no driver in the first place. When the delivery was made both roof sections were unusable due to damage and part of another customers order was delivered with mine. Delivery of the 2 damaged items took 2 weeks to complete during which time all the contents of my old shed had to remain laying in the garden. I contacted shedstore for some form of compensation and each time I was told it was being looked into and that I would receive a call.....I have still received no apology, compensation or even a call from shedstore and to be honest I've given up wasting my time getting in contact with a most inefficient and unreliable company.

I was very pleased with my shed. I had purchased it as a christmas present and was the time on the website stated it was unlikely to arrive before christmas. however, i was absolutely amazed to get a call saying that the shed was arriving within 10 days. it promptly arrived and i am very impressed with the overall service. many thanks

The only problem was they didn't call in advance to arrnage delivery. they just turned u and it was lucky that someone was at hone, although it wasn't really conveneient I didn't feel I could turn them away.

I was very pleased that my order arrived in time for Xmas. My only critism is that no-one rang from Little Tikes to arrange delivery meaning I had to make repeated calls to Shedstore to confirm that my order was on its way. Saying that the Shedstore customer service staff were very helpful and efficient.

One corner of one side broken but was able to repair with glue and nails

Very good, the only comment was that the delivery was faster than expected, but was telephoned to arrange so no problem!

cheaper than the direct manufacurers were selling the product. good communication and fast and friendly delivery. Only complaint the instructions were not easy to follow. took two intellegent men best part of a day to assemble! very pleased with the playhouse though. thanks

overall good, merchandise not brilliant but you get what you pay for. Not enough roofing felt supplied, although I would have purchased additional in any case, had an unprotected shed for a couple of days.

Although it is true that one can see a large range of products in one place, buying through Shedstore adds no value, only cost. With a little more searching, I could have bought the item from the manufacturer and saved money. The Walton workshop is basically a reasonable product, but the delivery of parts was mixed up and it then took two weeks to deliver replacements. Shame really...and frustrating.
