Charged wrong price on credit card,given a refund in cheque. Shed 1 week late,not informed of delay. Window still NOT arrived month later. Wrong address given to TNT. Lack of communication about deliverys and incorrect when given.

After placing order, all information required to build plynth etc prior to receipt of shed was mailed. Phone call received stating delivery time, delivery received at exactly that time (07.30) and we stay 13 miles from any trunk road in the highlands of Scotland! Great service.

Ordered product they have my money but not received goods, sent email they phoned to say chasing their supplier but not heard further in last two weeks. Poor service !!!!.

I was advised that the delivery would be made by 1300 on the agreed date. at 1500 the delivery had not been made and I had not been contacted to advise that the driver was running late. I firstly tried the tel# for the person who called me to arrange the delivery date/time, but the line just rang out. I tried again on 2 more occauions and still it rang out. So at around 1515 I called Taylors Garden Buildings (TGB) customer services. I was told that TGB could not contact the driver as the delivery is made direct from the manufacturer. I asked if there was any way that I could get an ETA and was told that this was not possible as TGB also have problems contacting their supplier. I was also told that this is is a common issue that TGB have. If it is a common issue that TGB have then I would suggest that they do someting about it in conjucntion with their supplier. As far as the consumer is concerned then TGB are the supplier and should be the only point of contact. I had taken a half days holiday to be at home for the delivery and ended up having to take a full days holiday as the delivery was not made until 1640. I did not "take it out" on the delivery driver as he was on his own and still had further deliveries to make, so it was not really his fault. The lack of customer service from both TGB and their supplier I felt was very poor.

The product has yet to be delivered, although they have said it will arrive next week, which is longer than had been anticipated. The experience with customer service has been fine, but it would have been great had the order arrived by now.

was promised delivery in 10 days....e-mailed after 16 days. no reply, left message, no reply. rang and got delivery 21 days after order.

Two no show deliveries without any notification. I had to chase to get a re-order raised both times not very helpful when you have taken the time off to be waiting in at home.

Telephoned for information, advised I would be called back, never was. Emailed for same info, no reply at all. Hopeless customer service.

Item broken on arrival was not able to examine it as it arrived two day early,was expected on Monday arrived Saturday at had to be taken in by a neighbour.If you are going to arrange a delivery day then stick to it as I had taken a day of work

Very pleased overall with the product and value. Delivery was stated as 10 -14 days when ordering,Only slight problem was when I tried to progress the order after 10 days, for an actual delivery date,there was no defenite delivery date available. The carrier rang 3 days later to advise delivery the following day. After booking a day off work to be able to receive the product it arrived a day later than advised.

We ordered the Ultima Pergola and Decking, there were a few bits missing and they were sent straight away. The delivery men were helpful and so were the staff when we rang the office. We would use this company again and we would recommend them.
