Supplier called few days later and order delivered 1 week later than originally stated. Customer service could be improved by advising customer of any delay.

I have only said yes or no as to the above questions as the computer would not allow me to move on and complete the survey other wise I would Not have given one of the 2 annwers- perhaps you might put in a "not sure" or "not recieved" yet as options ETC. The shed, delivery and price were great. The unfortunate thing was that the instructions are an absolute nightmare to understand and make sense of. This is the only thing which would make me hesitate before buying from them again, which is a shame because everything else was at least as good as expected.

Unacceptable length of time from placing and paying for the goods to them being delivered.Taylors seem to take a back seat and act only as a front for the actual selling of the sheds. Delivery is not under their control which renders them useless when approached about it.I would not trade with this supplier again and certainly could not recommend it either.

I have had two unproductive conversations with the person who deals with the dispatch of orders, a very pleasant person but seemimgly unaware that she is providing a customer service. I have not recieved the tree seat that I ordered at the beginning of September. I am however hoping that when it does arrive that it is as good quality as it appears on their website.
