The prices on this website are very good. I will definitely use this site again. The items arrive very quickly and the customer service is very good. The only complaint is that I didn't receive the free gift advertised as they had run out.

could do with better packaging,,, a jiffy bag doesnt protect the box,,and this particular product has an exclusive picture on the box which was crushed

Packaging could be a bit sturdier..gift set a present and box was very slightly bashed as sent in a 'jiffy bag'. Otherwise great service.

Acceptable. Description on the website of delivery time should have been clearer. Didn't realise until i had recieved the email the actual delivery time was once you had recieved the despatch email.
