Ordered flowers on same day service paid £40 for them to be delivered in time for mothers day, flowers not recived nor any response and I still haven't got my money back I'm so annoyed

The flowers arrived on time and in good cindition. The very next day, all but one flower died off. I will not be using this site ever again!!!!!

I ordered these flowers for my mother and they were in a poor condition when they arrived. I have contacted the merchant but have not received any reply. I was to this date a happy customer but am reconsidering whether to continue

Easy site to use and flowers arrived on requested date. These flowers went to a Hospice so that maybe why they only lasted less than a week. Have used the site before and been very pleased and will use again

I wanted to send orchids to my mother but you were sold out ... however you had an alternative offer of mixed roses which I sent. They were received in time, in good condition and I will find out if they lasted well later on. I am really pleased with the service Valueflora provide.

I was not happy when the flowers didn't turn up, I however contacted Valueflora and they apoligised and sent the flowers in the next few days.

I am delighted with the service that Valueflora provide. I needed to change the delivery date and it was indeed efficiently changed to the new date. I understand that the flowers were delivered in perfect condition and were very much appreciated. The orchids were particularly well received and it was mentioned that each one had a dew drop on the petals ... wish I could have seen them.

flowers were sent to my mother in a care home.cut orchids usually last at least 3 weeks.she followed the instructions but the flowers are brown on the tips and are not coming out which is very dissapointing.the lower flowers all dropped off.

Flowers were as per the picture - slightly fewer on numbers of flowers than expected but quality good, website easy to use and delivery before Xmas as promised. Recipients were all very pleased.

Good website except that the first credit card I tried to use wasn't accepted - still don't know why. The alternative C/C was accepted immediately. I fould it extremely frustrating & time consuming to have to keep entering the details and at the end to be directed to a security page that would not open. This happened several times and I almost gave up

I always use Valueflora when I send flowers by post because their service is so good. I was impressed the first time and now wouldn't use anyone else. Apart from the great service, the prices are excellent and the free delivery option is a real bonus.

Unfortunately I made an error in submitting an old address for the flowers to be sent to , however I did call at that address to see if the flowers had arrived etc and the new owner of the house told me the flowers i could clearly see on view were ones she had "got at work" I did not refute this as I thought it quite sad ,she was clearly not telling the truth. This mistake was completely my own, and I would definitely use Valueflora again. thank you.

Good value, prompt delivery, easy to book

With the special 100% extra for £5 this was a good value bunch of flowers. They have to be the biggest Lily I have yet bought (once open) and are a wonderful display with a great perfume.
