excellent only one small minor thing it would be nice to get an email to say that order is received and when despatched other than that i wouldn't hesitate to use them again or reccomend them to friends

Disappointed that the flowers did not arrive on time as they were a gift. When they did arrive they were fresh and hadn't been dispatched before the weekend as I had feared. good quality product at exceptional value for money.

flowers weren't delivered because recipient wasn't home, and apparently don't get left with neighbors either. email support was fast and correct.

flowers 04dered on 4/4/2007 on an Easter advertisement for Orchids, followed up on the 12/4/2007 by email and told 7 day delivery, the flowers had not been sent by the 12th (8days after order. Again emailed Valueflora on 14.4.2007 and complained that order had still not been recieved by recipient,(moble number of recipient given on both occassions

These Orchids were purchased for a gift for my Aunt who lives 250 miles away from me. They arrived yesterday, she rang me within the hour to say thank you and she was thrilled with them, obviously we do not yet know how long they will last, but she said they are likely to be good up to her birthday on 18/04/07 if not beyond.

This is the first time I haven't used a courier..Was sent by Royal Mail..do not know if they have been delivered or not, but have used on a few occasions before and the recipients have always been delighted.

easy system, reliable and hassle free. You get the bonus of earning petal points which means that I will use them again. However, they have regraded the value of their petal points system so now it will take me far longer and more purcharses to be able to redeem any points, not the beat idea to come up with!

The website was slow to respond but as it was the Friday afternoon before Mother's Day that was perhaps understandable. However, it meant that I was uncertain whether the order had been dealt with - the website implied I would receive an email from Valueflora an email from the card processor within a few minutes of making the order, neither came. I emailed Valueflora and received an automated email but no one came back to me. Happily the flowers arrived early on Saturday morning and were much appreciated.

all was as expected except that I paid for the flowers to be delivered between the hours of 9am and 12 noon and paid extra for this to happen, but they didn't arrive until 5.15pm therefore they had extra money out of me but did not fullfill their part of the bargain. Failing that all good

Very straightforward site to use. My only request for the future would be a way to pick the delivery date. I couldn't see a way to do this and it would have been useful to delay my delivery by a couple of days to match the particular date.

not impressed by the card you get with the flowers mine and my partners orders were written on awful pieces of off cut card with a sticky label that was slanted and spelt wrong
