Excellent website with very good product descriptions. First class ordering and delivery service (the option to select Saturday delivery is extremely useful to me). I always choose Warehouse Express when purchasing my more expensive photographic items as I can rely on them completely.

I've been using Warehouse Express for over a year and they've provided consistently good customer service. Yes, there are other, cheaper retailers out there, but the level of service provided by WEx (yes, even when things go wrong) has kept me coming back month after month.

The product was out of stock and subject to delays from the manufacturer. Warehouse Express informed me honestly of the situation (though a bit more information would have been better - I learned elsewhere that the product had been recalled). Once this delay was resolved I received my order promptly. Warehouse Express were pro-active in keeping me informed and ensuring that an appropriate delivery date was selected.

I was recommended Warehouse Express for cameras. I found the service I received excellent, and the price good.

I experienced a problem receiving the order as some items were on backorder. This delayed the order a couple of times as I originally requested fnext day delivery. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and I eventually received the order on time - just! I had an additional problem with one of the lamps as it was faulty. Collection of the kit was arranged and a replacement was delivered quickly and efficiently and again everyone I spoke to was very helpful.

Competitive prices, Product was sent out in a timely manner. Would definently recommend to a friend.

The service provided was excellent. My item was not in stock and was told ( via email ) that it could be 7-10 days before delivery. The next day I had a phone call telling me my item was in store and would be with the next day! and it was. EXCELLENT service, 10/10. I will definitely be using this merchant for all my camera/scope needs in the future.

The product was advertised as being in stock. When the order was placed and the confirmation received the goods were out of stock. This is totally unacceptable. The goods are on back order and I have received no notification of when the order is likely to be fulfilled.

WEX are superb but they need to resolve the reliability of their delivery service. I paid for Saturday delivery, WEX arranged this but the delivery arrived on Monday. WEX gave a prompt refund of the extra charge but gave no indication they would take up the delay with THEIR sub-contractor. This incident caused me a lot of personal inconvenience. They should review whether Parcel Force is a suitable sub-contractor for the future.

The website is fine and the ordering process is straight forward. I was less impressed with the carrier who marked the item as signed for but merely left at the rear of the house. Not really satisfactory for a relatively expensive item.

Experience very good, and website is excellent and easy to navigate. The items which were in stoock were despatched immediately. The items out of stock followed soon after and I got a coutesy call to let me know they when they were being despatched. Much appreciated.

It's several weeks since so I can't remember all the details. If I had to rate your survey technique I'd give it a 1.

The site is clear and concise, making the shopping experience easy. Whilst I have had a couple of faults with the products I have ordered, it has been a manufacturing fault out or Warehouse Expresses hands and was dealt with appropriately. Although this took a couple of weeks each time as opposed to days which it should have done. Over all my shopping experience was good although there is always room for improvement. When I spoke to the staff they where polite, interested and helpful.

Warehouse Express offer an excellent service at good prices. In this case, I was not advised that one of the items I ordered was not available until I received an email advising a back order. The item is still to arrive. Also, living in NE Scotland WEx are no longer able to provide next day delivery by Royal Mail. This was not always the case.

WEX always do a great job and carry a great stock, it's why I use them...

If there is anything to go by my past experience, and what I know others told me, then one of the main problems is the indicated stock levels on your website. I dont trust them.
