I ordered a portable DVD, it arrived the next day. Two months later it developed a fault. One phone call sorted the problem I returned the item and within 48hrs there was a brand new replacement on my doorstep. I had to pay the postage there but they paid the postage back, seems fair to me! Well done

I 'phoned to check availability on a Sony KV-32FX68U TV and was told none were in stock, but that they would contact me as soon as they arrived. They did, the following day (Thurs). I needed Friday or Saturday delivery, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. The TV arrived next day (Fri). I even had calls from the carrier keeping me informed about the expected arrival time. Excellent service.

Ordered portable DVD player through web and got phone message within an hour to say product was not in stock but would be available in 8 days, and should be delivered 2 working days later. Not a problem for me. The product came in stock, and was received, exactly on the day promised. Good communication, excellent service, very competitive price.

I ordered a 50 inch Panasonic plasma display from Web Electricals after a lot of web research and concerns about buying something so big and potentially fragile but also expensive. I need not have worried, the ordering was easy, they contacted me promptly to organize delivery for a time when someone was in the house and two days later I had the TV. Excellent service, polite and intelligent people to deal with. They also had by far the best price!

Ordered a Sony Television on the Wednesday via the internet link. Within an hour I had a phone call saying that Stock was expected on the Friday and a delivery date would then be confirmed. On the Friday evening I got a phone call saying delivery would be between 4 and 6pm on Saturday. At 5pm on the day my TV arrived. Don't believe that level of service can be bettered.

Bought a Panasonic DMR-E100 DVDR. When I rang to order, it was out of stock, awaiting delivery from Panasonic. A week later they called back, were expecting them in & did I still want to order. Delivered it to my work as promised. Courteous & professional to deal with & the DVDR is pretty impressive too !

Ordered Sunday and delivered Tuesday. E-mails kept me up to date with progress. Next time I need an electrical I'll bypass Curry's etc as here you get very good value and service.
