I have recently bought an inbuilt mocrowave thro this website. when it arrived we realized it was too small,so we asked for a refund. we had not taken the microwave out but only opened teh box. i was told by chloe,cust rep that becoz i had opened the box i was now to bear 20%of the total price which wrked out to 50 pounds! its not clear at all,i.e the charge of 20% is not mentioned anywhere ,this is simply cheating their customers. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! i am taking this up further!

Everything was good. The only slight complaint was that the item arrived just in its own box which was a bit bashed about. As this was for a wedding gift it looked a bit tatty so an outer carton would have been preferred. Haven't opened it but hope all is well inside !

Have shopped with electricshop.com before and always been happy with the service received. This time there was some confusion because the product was being purchased by me but delivered to my Mother, which caused considerable confusion. However, the problem was sorted out satisfactorily in the end.

The only problem I had was waiting in from 9.00 to 6.00 p.m. for delivery. The phone number for the carrier company would have been a good idea so that I could check the delivery time. Being told to wait in all day for delivery was, I thought, a bit excessive. It was fortunate I was not working that day. I have recommended your company to my son.
